Products are fairly priced, specials are truly specials, staff are hospitable and helpful, stores are comfortably laid out with ample room to bend, reach and select the item you need. Staff are always hospitable and ready to help.

Tom was great! I called with some basic printer questions and he was patient and helpful. Then I went in store and he walked me through all of the printer options, assessed my needs, and then we reviewed the pros and cons to allow me to make my most educated purchase! Thanks
