I cannot say enough good things about this salon. Hair and makeup came out beautifully and the stylists/artists were so personable and welcoming. The entire crew was so accommodating to our group, and truly made us feel comfortable, even with 3 littles taking over the salon. I love the boutique vibe and the small town feel of Socias. The entire team has been so nice and even accommodating to our family, which is only relocated in Burlington. Maureen, the owner, speaks Spanish and was instantly preferred by my MIL. She was even so gracious to come to our home and cut/style my MIL's hair once she was physically unable to for hair appointments. I can't thank her enough for that special blessing. When a lady is used to going to the salon and really makes her feel good, there's nothing like a stylist that makes it happen at home, despite the circumstances. Outside of this extreme kindness, we have always had good experiences with Sheila and Diane. I have had cuts by Sheila - she keeps me looking young and fun :) my daughters both got their back to school cuts with Diane this year. Although it was very clear she doesn't regularly do kids hair, she made it work and they loved how they felt and looked when we left. Every time I go to socias, I enjoy seeing the patrons interact with the staff & I feel like I am welcome and part of something.

Laurie is legendary! I came in for a color correction six days before my wedding. I was fairly stressed and particular - frankly, I would not have wanted myself as a customer. Nevertheless, Laurie was incredibly kind and patient, and got me walking out of the salon feeling comfortable and confident. I cannot recommend her and Socia's enough.

Such a cute salon! I haven't got my hair professionally done in years. Today I got my hair done today by Sheila, she honestly did such a great job. My hair came out exactly the way I wanted it. This is the first time I've got my hair done and didn't hate it. I will for sure will be going back. If it's your first time going here definitely request Sheila!
