DO NOT SHOP HERE. Employees were very informative, however, The price is listed are not the real prices. They are all given friends and family sheets to tell them what prices they can actually sell beds for. Then they tell you that it is a limited time offer. In addition our representative actually filed for a credit card without our knowledge. We had asked about pre-qualification (I specified not touching a credit application) and how much we would be able to get. A few days later we ended up getting a notification saying that we had a new credit card on the way and I had to go and file a fraud claim with Synchrony Bank because sleep number was very unhelpful, and we never approved that.

I’m very happy with my bed and excellent customer service. One thing made me only give 4 out of 5.
My only issue is that I couldn’t buy a remote from a store that had 2 of them in stock. Their higher ups said NO to selling me the remote and I would have to pay to get it shipped.
Why couldn’t they just send the store another remote with their next shipment?
Disappointing to the point that I didn’t buy the remote.
Not to mention I’ve spent over
$5 grand in the past 2 years with the company. Petty, felt like I had to match pettiness and post about this.

My wife and I received excellent service from Christiana. It was a very busy holiday weekend and she spent considerable time with us educating on the different models and not pushing us one way or the other. We truly appreciate that kind of service and will be recommending her to others. Thanks, Christiana.

When they say that they have it in stock and promise a delivery date, there is a good chance they are lying. I literally took two days off from work in a row to receive a delivery before being told that they gave our mattress away to someone else and it would be another month before we could get one.Also the sales guy is slick and will tell you that you can return it at any time. That is *not true.* In most cases you cannot return the frame, which can cost thousands of dollars. They will try to manipulate you 100%."Purchases of FlexFitTM adjustable bases, upholstered furniture, display products, and clearance products are final sale, not returnable, and not exchangeable. Upholstered furniture orders cannot be canceled or changed after purchase."

The guy who helped us was really nice but as a company, I’d avoid a sleep number. What they don’t tell you about the 100 night trial is you have to pay return shipping which is $250. You also can’t pick up your mattress, it has to be delivered which is another $250. So $500 in fees for a 100 night sleep trial. This may be the only company in the mattress business that’s doing that. You also can’t return your mattress to a store and avoid the fee. The sleep number bed wasn’t right for us but we figured the trial kept us safe. It didn’t and we were not told about return shipping. Would not recommend a sleep number.

I ordered 4 mattress from Sleep Number and I have to return because of the horrible delivery and customer services. The delivery suppose to contact me 30 min prior but called me when they arrive. I told them I will be there in 10min, but they just left when I arrive there within 5 min but they left already. I call their customer service and they refuse to return only few min away. I feel like if I have all these trouble for a simple delivery, I would experience even more issue in the future if there is issue with my mattresses. So I cancelled my entire order. I hope this help if people is considering Sleep Number Mattress.
