Abysmal customer service. The pump screen indicated it was ready to start pumping after my card was approved. The pump wasn’t working. I went inside and told the woman my pump wasn’t working and she condescendingly said “I know. I can’t do two thing at once. When I’m helping inside people I can’t help outside people”. I had no idea what that meant as I had been approved. I said “okay Omani g for outside help now then.” She told me to just run my card through again. They need to hire people that are able to authorize gas pumps even if people are in the store.

Terrible customer service from Ken very rude and not helpful what so ever. Half the time I go in he’s walking around the store and doesn’t notice your waiting at the register for some time and leaving you waiting there for a while.

the inside smells like cigs. lighting is weird outside. prices are terrible rn. wouldn't recommend except for the bare minimum essentials.

Horrible service, told the man my card was approved for transaction but no gas was pumping out. The man spoke to me like I was stupid. Don’t want to use to race card but why wasn’t I receiving any gas while the other around me are.

I will not get gas at any station that plays video ads on the pump, where I am legally bound to stand and pump the gas. Boycott gas stations that ad this technology so it goes away.

Very convenient location. The gas prices are on par with others in the area. Awesome that it's open 24 hours!

Shells official website says they accept all forms of legal US id, however purchasing tobacco is only available for licenses that scan. If you're from a state without scannable ids, or you have literally any other id aside from a license you physically cannot buy tobacco. Corporate customer service said that shouldn't happen, and that was months ago. Extremely unprofessional.
