The self checkout lanes are a joke.. They NEVER work right. Customer service desk is seemingly always unmanned due to staffing shortages. With the prices they get for groceries, you'd think they could pay enough to attract help.

I have used the pharmacy and the store since it opened. I am in there a lot. I use self checkout when I can. I cannot tell you how disturbing it is to have the person watching over me as I check out. She looks at my cart and the register, my bags and me. I have an obvious disability so I am sure she remembers me each time. Even when there are many customers I feel her watching me. I don’t know how many people steal from you but as a regular customer I am offended. If you only have one cashier with a long line and I am willing to check myself out then stop treating me like a child, thief or whatever else. It is invasive. The amount of times I have purchased out of date food there is a crime. Do I need to shop elsewhere? It sure is not a pleasant experience.

Very clean, quiet store. Great ready to eat options. Employees are very helpful. Besides being a bit pricy, this is a great store.

I recently had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience I used the self checkout because the regular register line was very busy. There is one employee of Shaws who is very rude and never smiled so l wanted to avoid her unkind treatment so l used the self checkout. Anyways she came over and was staring at me while l was scanning my items and l overheard her whisper to another employee watch her for stealing. I was greatly offended. I paid $325.00 in groceries in the self checkout and l don't appreciate being scrutinized and gossiped about and her negative derogatory comments. I was a good paying customer and l have decided to go elsewhere like Market Basket where the employees have better customer service.

Products are good yet I have had issues with some of the service. I come on weekends and every time I am there, a group of boys are standing around in the front while I have to bag my own groceries. A bit inconvenient considering a lot of elderly people shop here.

My family and I have been good customers of this store since moving to the area. There is usually a wide selection of products at the store that we use. Although, the brown paper bags have been a problem. We currently live in a fourth floor apartment and it is difficult to bring these bags up all of the stairs. We know that the store sells reusable bags, although these get expensive. We would appreciate it very much if there were regular bags with handles for customers. Thank you.

It's a huge disappointment when the shop advertised the product in store unless you log in into the account which you also have to create.

30 people waiting to pay only 1 cashier.also used sanitation wipes in carriages and where you get carts is always filled with trash. no wonder there is a rat trap at door entrance

Offers differentt brands than other grocery store. Can be a little more expensive but do have some great deals sometimes
