When there for the first and last time. I didn’t have good experience. The guy that did my nails didn’t seem to know what he was doing. He kept making mistakes when i simple asked for white nails. I didn’t leave with white nails there was some pink in my nails because his tools were dirty with pink in them so I’m not sure if they were used on someone else. I was also in pain and the machine was burning me and I kept telling him that. I told him I wasn’t happy with my nails and he didn’t offer no discount or anything but just offered to add white gel on top to help make them look white. I said no because I had to go. They said for just white nails my appointment would be 45 mins and it last almost 1hr and 30 mins… again he kept messing up. When it was time to pay they said the price would be 60$ and he tried charging me $65 but I called him out for it and made sure he change it to $60. I had my nails for 6 days now and i already have 3 of my nails broken in half and it hasn’t been 2 weeks and they said it would last about 3 weeks.

I’ve been going to Serina‘s for several years. I’m not the type of girl who gets her nails done every few weeks, but I do get my nails done 4 times a year at least.
Earlier this summer, I got a manicure that I was not terribly happy with. Serina and her team went out of their way to rectify the situation. This is what will keep me coming back. Their customer service is fantastic.
As a business owner, I know that mistakes happen But what’s important is how you respond to these mistakes.
My nails are a 10 out of 10 and everything I wanted. Their cleanliness, over all quality and hospitality are also huge reasons why I recommend them.

I highly recommend Serena Nail Spa. I drive 40 mins for their amazing work. This time I requested to have my natural nails trimmed and coffin shaped, which is not as easy on shorter nail. It was perfectly done and looked beautiful. In addition, my pedicure looks amazing and with the cuticles done just as I requested. Top notch customer service with the perks of water/juice. Worth the drive and every penny.

Had a gel manicure and a pedicure yesterday and by this morning, my nails were peeling and by 1 o’clock you could see as the picture show there were a lot of the nail polish that was missing. I would never recommend this place and for $45. I think I should’ve gotten more than one day And $45 for just a regular pedi I want my money back for at least my nails because I had to go to another nail salon today close to home because I did not live in the area where I had them done and they had to fix them

Had a positive review posted at first but I forgot to change it, all my nails ended up breaking after two days. All the tops snapped off so easily. Barely any force they would bend. Was pretty upset for spending that much.

I had my nails done on Sunday, I was hoping to try a specific look for my upcoming Wedding. I shared my inspiration with my tech and was immediately shot down saying they couldn't do the nude ombré effect I had in mind. A pink and white French ombré was what i begrudgingly agreed upon. (I won't lie, I'm pretty disappointed from the get-go as I don't think my vision was terribly hard to achieve. All you need would be two powders, one being white and one being a light color nude and have them blend as a traditional ombre) The tech didn't inform me he intended on airbrushing until after he had completed the base. Now, I'm a preschool teacher. I use my hands. I was weary, but I was willing to trust the process. By Sunday night (around the 12 hour mark), my airbrush had begun to chip off on my thumb. The gel was flapping around, so I pulled it off. About 24 hours post manicure While at school engaging in a cooking project, part of my tip on my thumb broke off. I messaged Serena's insta. No answer. I then called Monday evening. Due to the nature of my job I told them I'd be in on Wednesday for a fix as I work in the city during the hours they're open on Monday and Tuesday. I arrive on Wednesday evening, wait an hour and the same nail tech sees me. Thankfully they agreed not to charge me for the fix. By this time 8 out of 10 nails have the white ombre airbrush chipped off and one nail is broken off- all from normal hand usage. It's not like I was building things or laying bricks. I'm a teacher. I told him from the beginning that I was very weary about him airbrushing again and that I thought that we would be doing traditional dip ombre from the start last time. He told me it must've been something else that made it come off. He asked me if I washed my hands with soap during the last manicure on Sunday. I told him no. He told me he's never seen this before. My fingers looked pretty good when I left. I went home, took a shower. I packed my suitcase for my upcoming trip, I looked at my sister-in-law's wedding photos, I pet my dog and I went to sleep. I woke up the next morning and realized that my ombre airbrushing had chipped again. By mid day (not even 24 hours later) another nail chipped. I had been going to Serina's for the last several years, but I won't be going back.

At first I gave them a 5 star, then I noticed that they up charge you for things that you don't ask for. Why are you charging me $5.00 to remove dip powder before you apply dip powder. And why are you charging me $10 for cuticle to be cut when I never asked for a dip manicure? And if I ask for a regular pedicure and you want to add hot stone, scents etc etc why am I paying extra for it? Stop charging people more money for a service that was not requested by the client. Too many hidden fees for me, not going back!

They take responsibility for their mistakes. I got my nails done the other day. That same day a nail broke. I called them they said come on in I couldn't come in until the next day. When I came in they had zero questions they smile they welcomed me and they fixed the problem. I like a company that takes responsibility and not blame the customer and they didn't blame me at all. Thanks Sarena Nail!

Definitely an over priced place.
Customer service was there, you are greeted at door and she'll try to get you to add services that you may not have wanted (probably the owner).
Quality service seems like to be only with selected few at the salon (make sure if you decide to go here, ask for the best!). The girl that I got seems like in-training or newly starting. At the end the owner was telling her to stop using her phone and practice her nail skills in Viet. My pedicure was ok (she buffed my skin...) and massage was barely anything. Manicure was even worse. I did not realized she cut 3 of my fingers til she used the alcohol on my nails and the girl overly shaped it (granted I did not come in with super long nails but they were not down to my nail bed). I was also trying to grow them out but now I have to start that over because of her. She could of shaped my nail lightly and painted them. I should of only gotten the pedicure and left it at that.
