Ms. Patricia Knight is excellent Banker. She is so helpful with kindness. She was teach me how to cheque deposit by online and save your time. No one teach me since I have a/c with this bank with some other locations I used. Only She is deserved. I missed her.

I have been to santqnder branches in waltham, Billerica boston road but this one on Cambridge street has the worst performance. I stood in line while the bankers chatted away with another customer till I left. Never return to that branch!!!!!

Very unprofessional and rushing customers! Go to the one in Woburn as you will actually be taken care of and not treated like a burden. I don’t like my time being wasted.
