We came to the store to see if we can find a good chair for our school age kid who spends a lot of time with homework. Jullian helped us to select a right size and told a little story about each model in the showroom which was amazing and quite entertaining:) There were some issues with the delivery and he helped to solve it in the most convenient for is way. The chair is comfortable:)

Do not go here they will reset your phone. They had my phone for 10 days and it came back factory reset and my cellular does not work at all. When asked why it was reset all I got was a woops. I will never have my final pictures with my grandmother back because they are gone forever.

Shopping for zero gravity chairs! Annie was incredibly helpful and informative. She walked me through all different brands, features, and price points and encouraged me to sit in everything. She also evaluated fit and ergonomics to make sure I ended up with the right chair. Longtime fan of RTB, no other place like it!

Don’t buy pillows from this store. I recently purchased a pillow from this store and had a very unpleasant experience. After just a few nights, the pillow caused severe discomfort, to the point of physical sickness (bad headaches every day and end up vomiting). Upon seeking a solution, the response was very cold, emphasizing a strict no-refund, no-exchange policy, with no prior advice given on selecting such items. This experience highlights a severe lack of customer service and care, deeply disappointing and frustrating on both product and customer support.

Due to some terrible sciatica, I needed a seat cushion for my car. I went the store & Annie was a huge help.She let me take several choices to my car in the front lot & was able to find the right one for me.These days it’s difficult to find good sales help & she was terrific!Also, the seat cushion has already given me much needed relief.Thank you!

Annie G. was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and she provided quality customer service. It turned out my chair wasn't comfortable and I was able to work with Annie to exchange it for something that fit me better. My husband and I both purchased office chairs and are pleased with the chair quality.
