I’d recommend Princess Diamonds to anyone! After being referred by a friend, my husband got my engagement ring and wedding band custom made here. We then referred two family friends who also got amazing custom engagement rings made! Charbel and Nanette are masters at what they do. Not only do they treat you like family, but their talent and expertise speak for themself!

I found Princess Diamonds after having a really bad experience with a different jeweler, they remounted my diamond in a custom wedding set done beautifully, the rings look stunning, after 3 years of wearing them every day, I have never had any loose stones or any type of issues, they listened to what I wanted and paid attention to what I didn’t like from my previous rings and gave me exactly what I asked for , they also redid my husband‘s wedding band, using the old gold and crafted him a beautiful custom band, the Owners and staff really nice and professional, I will 100% continue to do business With them.

Nehmat and Charbel have been amazing. Went in to re-do an engagement ring and Charbel’s work is just amazing. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure everything is perfect before it is ready to pick up. I can tell how much time and effort went into my ring and matching band. Nehmat is awesome and so patient whenever I go in to look for potential bands to add to my engagement and wedding band. I have found my forever jeweler and will be going to them for everything. I cannot recommend them enough! I’ve been coming here for years and they always do such a great job with whatever I am looking for.

I had a 1/2 carat diamond in my jewelry box that I wanted to make into a cocktail ring. Nanette knew exactly what I wanted. My ring is absolutely stunning! I've have had so many complements on it. From strangers! It's completely blinged out! Which is what I wanted. Now let me tell you my mistake. I 1st went to Barmakian's. The sales woman said "we only have 1 setting for a half carat". I wasn't very thrilled but I went for it. 4 months later I had a setting that made the 1/2 carat look even smaller! Then I remember my girlfriend raving about Princess Diamonds. Her ring by the way - sunglasses are needed! Stunning. Nanette just knows what you want & she makes it happen! Love her! Won't go anywhere else from now on.

My first experience with Princess Diamonds has been nothing short of spectacular. The staff is friendly, and the environment is warm and inviting.Nanette’s expertise and advice were greatly appreciated: I had brought in diamonds studs to be re-set, and I love them! She also noticed a chip in my engagement ring and educated me on how it happened and my options. I trust Princess Diamonds to recut my diamond to preserve its value and integrity and will post an update.

We went to Princess Diamonds over the weekend for a ring appraisal. This process is very new to both my fiancé and myself. The staff at Princess Diamonds especially Nanette were so helpful and informative. She was so patient answering all of our questions and gave us great advice on future purchases. I have been going to Princess Diamonds for over six years. Charbel and Nanette, the owners, have been nothing short of fabulous each and every time, regardless if I was getting my watch battery changed or buying expensive pieces of jewelry. Their customer service along with their products are equally amazing! What sets them ahead and apart from other similar stores is that they actually cut/fabricate, design and make their jewelry by hand, meaning they solder, saw, carve and shape without the use of manufacturing machinery. I have several custom pieces made by Charbel and am constantly getting compliments on them. His artistry is unparalleled. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Beware! They do not deserve one star. If you purchase anything from this store get it checked by another jeweler. They made my family pearl bracelets with fake pearls. Long time resident of Burlington...please stay far away from this store!

We have had the most amazing experience at Princess Diamond. My custom engagement ring came out amazing with their help. Not to mention Nanette and her staff are all outstanding, we love going in there!! We are picking up our wedding bands in the next few months and are very excited
