Had to post this due to no response from them to my emails. Gifted a friend a package. Asked how it was, with hesitation he said very bad. 2 of the chicken breast packages split open and leaked all over the contents. The “free burgers” were of poor quality. As was the steaks. For that much money very disappointed. Last time. Still no response. They really don’t care……still nothing. Real good business

Received as a gift.Very disappointing. Bacon wrapped filet was not butchered properly and one was actually TWO small pieces held together with the bacon strip. Bacon was mostly fat. The beef was honestly about supermarket quality at best. Wouldn't recommend. Took a photo to add to this review, but there is no option. Lucky for Omaha Steaks. Disappointing.

Received as a gift. Scalloped potatoes were bland and about the quality of a cheap buffet. Apple tart thing was not much better then fast food pie in a paper sleeve. Bacon wrapped filet tasted like a hotdog. The bacon was definitely not quality and the beef was meh.I would never buy from this company. Don't get as a gift for anyone. Try grand western steak for quality mail orders meats.

Used to go to the Needham store a lot, also family member because the steaks were good got a job there because we loved the products and wanted people to enjoy the steaks! Well what a disappointment! Walked in to this store since Needham closed! Pushy staff that want to add items! I was in retail for 16 years, don't mind suggesting things but when you can't get a word in edge wise, leave everything! Was told this is the Million Dollar store for sales, well I can see why! Don't get items you really don't need! Stuffed Potatoes are not like they used to be! The concept is good but the products have gone way down in quality! Also why travel that far to spend over $200 for food that is disappointing!

Tried these steaks for the first time and really wanted to love them. We got four frozen fillets. Cooked them on the grill like I always do. They were very chewy and really did not taste all that good. The fillets from Market Basket are 10 times better. All four people who tried them agreed. Not great.

Definitely over priced for the quality of their products, or shall I say LACK OF QUALITY. The meat l9vers lasagna, what a joke, passing canned Alpo dog fpod off as lasagna. Disgraceful, they should be wearing a ski mask holding a weapon when you are checking out and paying for their roadside killed slop. They stole my money. BUYER BEWARE.

I'm a bubba burger and what's on sale for hotdogs guy ! I recently spent more for " quality" burgers , steaks and dogs. Worth every cent !! Loved the package !

I am born and raised in Omaha. Currently on the east coast. I have eaten food from Omaha Steaks on many occasions. Recently we ordered a large order of mostly burgers, hot dogs and easy summer food.I have to say the Philly cheesesteaks sirloin is way to salty to even eat. I added extra veggies and cheese to try to make up for all the salt but it was just inedible. We also had the sirloin steak tips. Those had good flavor but couldn’t be grilled because they were literally nuggets of beef. All but a handful were to small to put on the grill because they would fall through the grate.The burgers and hot dogs have been great so far though! I will order again but definitely not the sirloin tips or the Philly cheese steaks.

I've gotten the Fillet Mignon 8oz x 4 four times in a row: tender, delicious flavor. These steaks are a winner every time. Their bacon is great as well.

So disappointed!!!! Ordered Christmas dinner and deserts with guarantee Christmas delivery, well in advance and mid day Christmas Eve still waiting decided to call and check on my order only to be told that it was not coming. And that there is nothing they could do. Will never order again!

This company saved our lives during the pandemic. When we couldn’t get deliveries from local grocery stores, Omaha Steaks showed up on time, every time. I will forever be a loyal customer because they are reliable, consistent and they take care of their customers. They also kept the same prices through the pandemic and that shows the integrity of this company. Thanks, Omaha Steaks. ?
