NBM is a great company to work with! They are quick to respond and always willing to help anyway possible! Working with them can feel more like a partnership (an extension to your team) and not just your average vendor! I would recommend NBM to any business looking for assistance with any of the services they provide! They are fair and a pleasure to work with!

We’ve had a great experience working with NBM over the years. They’ve always been there when we need them, and they’re great to work with. They’ve helped us so many times in the past whenever we had issues we didn’t know how to solve on our own.As a company that has now moved fully remote, our contract recently ended and we no longer needed our copiers that were in storage. They met us at our warehouse and they arrived right on time. They were so efficient in taking the copiers, deleting the hard drives, and returning them to the seller for us. They gave us a great deal for this service and other companies didn’t even offer the option to delete the hard drives for us. They even included some services for free that some other companies would not.They’ve been good to us for our whole partnership. They always communicated all the appropriate disclaimers so we would never be surprised by any extra charges, and their services were fully insured so there was never any worry about liability. Thanks for everything NBM team!

At the Massachusetts Medical Society we are very pleased with NBM printing services. Not only their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and professional but their scheduling team is always responsive and reliable for any onsite services we request. NBM manages to keep running a wide variety of printers for us, from 15 year old devices to the latest multi-function copiers. They fix and maintain them all!

Great company. Support is fantastic. We had a problem with a copier, they had a technician on site same day who listened to our problem, fixed our copier, then, went through and pointed out why we were having the problem in the first place, and how to avoid it in the future (it was printing labels from the bypass tray, we had the wrong printer drivers, and the paper setup wrong on the copier). Tech walked us through fixing the drivers, gettin the right paper selected, and made sure everything was working right before leaving.

Very nice, well qualified, team oriented, professional people from all aspects from delivery to set up. We are a small company and they treated us like we were a huge company. Highly recommend this company for your printer needs!!!!

I was skeptical of a new copier company, but to my surprise they have been a great company to do business with , the service is prompt, and receptive. The copiers are reliable and fairly easy to use. I recently had NBM come to repair our copier. It had to go to the shop. It was returned the next day. Unfortunately, our copier was older and broke again. It was going to be too costly to repair as the copier was older. Pedro, our technician was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company.

I work for a visiting nursing agency, my company has been with NBM since 2014 and they never disappoint. Technicians are quick to resolve issues and upgrades on MFP printers always last, we've had the same models since 2018 and never had to replace any model.

Printer got fried and needed a replacement ASAP. Most places were 2-3 weeks out and they replaced our all in one printer in under a week amongst a pandemic with massive global supply chain issues. Can’t say enough how satisfied we are.

I just want to say that NBM is fabulous!!!!When I need ink, I email them what I need and it arrives the next day!!! And service, just as easy!!!Their customer service and field technicians are very kind, courteous and let you know exactly what they do/did and what needs to happen next.Response time is outstanding!!!! I needed a printer serviced and they were out the very next day. It needed a part, it was ordered and the technician showed up the next day with it and the printer was repaired!!! Who could ask for better service!!!!I am happy to be a customer of NBM!!!!Keep up the great service!!!!I definitely would recommend them to everyone!!!!!
