Sold me completely wet firewood, where it was supposed to be seasoned and charged me for such. I provided this feedback to them and they completely ignored my communication. Clearly they don't care about customers and it seems only to make a quick buckNot a good place to buy firewood from and you will not be happy. Be aware!

I’ve never left a review before, but was so unhappy I’d like to share. I ordered a cord of kiln dried wood last fall. It came quickly, but it was so clearly not kiln dried. The wood hissed like wet wood and did not burn cleanly. I reached out to My Wood Energy and they suggested that maybe I wasn’t using enough kindling or making a well constructed fire (I’ve made fires for years). They dropped off 10 bags of kindling which was nice, but the wood was still semi seasoned and this didn’t resolve my issue. I debated it with the owner and ultimately bought a moisture content reader - the wood was all 19%+ moisture, which is so far from the definition of kiln dried. Terrible experience with the produce and condescending owner that was SURE he’s never sold bad wood and wouldn’t issue a full refund or take it from my garage, though the objective measurements disproved it.

This place had some great reviews, so we dropped by today to get some prepacked bundles and ended up ordering a bunch of loose wood too. Ron was extremely nice to deal with and organized to get the loose wood delivered to us within a couple of hours! We are very happy with the quality and the service, and will come back next year. Thank you!

Cannot say enough GOOD things about these guys! Delivery is always prompt and exactly where I request it! Quantity is spot on and I swear they hand pick the cordwood for top quality! Excellent company to do business with.

This is the 2nd time I have bought wood from MY Wood Energy and I would never go anywhere else. This company is amazing. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and helpful. They come when they say they will come and sell high quality firewood at a reasonable price. They work hard to accommodate to the needs of the customer. I would like to give a special shout out to Brian, who delivered and stacked my wood the two times I have ordered from My Wood Energy. He worked very hard and cleaned up when he finished the job. My Wood Energy is a model of what all companies should be.

After a previous call to a person on FB Marketplace advising me a 4 week wait, I decided to give My Wood Energy a call. The price was competitive and although the delivery charge was a bit more than planned, his response blew me away saying he could have it to me tomorrow! Sure enough, the following day the wood was delivered by his staff and dumped on our tarp. I then stacked it with my son the following two hours and it actually was a bit more than I expected. "Wood" not hesitate to use there services again!
