Landsay( the store manger) was super helpful processing a warranty claim and went above and beyond and called around and found me the same bag at a new store so I could get a replacement

This place is definitely a NO for me. Unfortunately, the customer service I received from Philip was not good and someone may want to retrain him. You are better off taking the extra ride and go to the Chestnut Hill store. They staff there are great especially Shyla. (Abby is also very sweet) The staff at Chestnut Hill really makes your experience at MK great. I will never go back to the Burlington store.......

There handbags are overpriced but they do last. The associates do not like it if you touch the merchandise. Similar handbags can be had at TJMaxx and Marshalls in the Spring and Fall.
