Free coffee and water while you shop. One of the few stores outside of the Duluth area and always on my list to visit. Sizes tend to run large”

“As a 75-year-old guy, I certainly expected to be ignored when I went to this store to buy shoes for skateboarding. Instead, I received outstanding service from a young man named Princeton, who is so smart and professional.I was seeking flexible shoes; unlike my Nike running shoes, which flex only from front to back (not sideways) I wanted shoes that flex in all directions because when running shoes can't flex sideways they force the knee and ankle in directions they don't like by transferring the force to something other than the foot.I'm so happy with my new shoes I'm going back to buy a couple more pairs.The store was also impressive....very clean and meticulously organized.I can't wait to wear them to my next visit with my M.D.”
“Small store but has a good variety and is well stocked. It's well kept with everything folded and neat as a pin. Dressing room was also clean and spacious. I had the pleasure of working with Amanda who helped me with a tedious return/exchange situation and was great about answering all my questions. It seems like the system for returns/exchanges needs to be updated to be more streamlined and easier on the employees but that is a corporate issue and not an individual store issue.”
“I went to this store today while the mall was very busy not necessarily expecting to find anything because I was looking for jeans and always have a hard time finding ones that fit correctly. Naija went out of her way to help me and I've never had a better experience in a store and I've never had jeans fit me as well as the one's she found me. Huge kudos to her, she's so great at her job and so kind while doing it.”

“I went with my son to Ostuni in Burlington for the first time last month. I wanted to try a new place, and I was certainly not disappointed. The owner promptly greeted us, and picked out some options for my that fit him perfectly without even measuring my son. The owners experience is priceless. When telling family members about my experience and cost savings I received on the suit, ties, shirt and alterations, they were in shock, especially when they saw my son wearing the attire at a family wedding yesterday. I will not shop for my husband or son anywhere else after this experience. I picked up my son's suit last week, and upon leaving, I asked Mr. Ostuni to please not retire anytime soon!!!! It is worth a trip to Burlington if you are looking for a more personalized and very professional experience.”
