Pros: all one level, great sales ...and the cutest stool for a child's room...I'm currently using it as a foot stool it's a small elephant with a trunk, floppy ears and a tail I obviously love the store

“Small store but has a good variety and is well stocked. It's well kept with everything folded and neat as a pin. Dressing room was also clean and spacious. I had the pleasure of working with Amanda who helped me with a tedious return/exchange situation and was great about answering all my questions. It seems like the system for returns/exchanges needs to be updated to be more streamlined and easier on the employees but that is a corporate issue and not an individual store issue.”
“Love urban, today went in for a return ..it was easy ..customer service always good..u can't try any fits due to the corona though so that part is hard but again return is easy if u have time and energy to go back n forth. Not just UO, its the entire mall, cant try any outfits.”

I came in right before closing this Friday and the young girl working was so helpful and sweet and allowed me to try on a dress to buy for an occasion the next day even though they had just closed fitting rooms!!!! “My second time purchasing a quarter zip fleece from Lands' End. The quality of their clothing is excellent. You can wear them every day and the fabric stays like new. The prices are fair compared to LL Bean and other competitors, and you don't compromise on the quality. There are great Black Friday deals, too. I would highly recommend purchasing daily wear and jackets from here.”

“I went with my son to Ostuni in Burlington for the first time last month. I wanted to try a new place, and I was certainly not disappointed. The owner promptly greeted us, and picked out some options for my that fit him perfectly without even measuring my son. The owners experience is priceless. When telling family members about my experience and cost savings I received on the suit, ties, shirt and alterations, they were in shock, especially when they saw my son wearing the attire at a family wedding yesterday. I will not shop for my husband or son anywhere else after this experience. I picked up my son's suit last week, and upon leaving, I asked Mr. Ostuni to please not retire anytime soon!!!! It is worth a trip to Burlington if you are looking for a more personalized and very professional experience.”
