“I have purchased several premium products from relax the back over the course of the past 20 years. I have a long history of back pain. I have purchased three office chairs from relax the back, two of them from this store. The main purpose of this review is to highlight the outstanding customer service provided by Julian the manager. If I could give six stars, I definitely would. Both of my office chairs were damaged during a move. Over the past few months, he easily fixed one and after significant effort on his part he was able to fix the other. He was able to come to my home to fix the chairs. He did not charge me anything, which I felt somewhat guilty about. He is very old-school in a positive way and dedicated to his work. On another note, one of the office chairs is about 15 years old and I also have a perfect chair downstairs which is about 20 years old. There is a chance that these products may outlive me.”
“The staff at Boston Interiors was really helpful. We were looking for a smaller sofa, but not a loveseat, and they had just what we wanted. The woman who helped us also made some very good recommendations for the other pieces we needed and was very respectful of our budget. Their delivery process was very easy and the delivery team was really nice. We had a very positive experience.”

My only issue is that I couldn’t buy a remote from a store that had 2 of them in stock. Their higher ups said NO to selling me the remote and I would have to pay to get it shipped.
Why couldn’t they just send the store another remote with their next shipment?
Disappointing to the point that I didn’t buy the remote.
Not to mention I’ve spent over
$5 grand in the past 2 years with the company. Petty, felt like I had to match pettiness and post about this.”
