Alicia and Marina made my jean shopping experience so amazing! Jean shopping was always a hassle for me and something I put off until absolutely necessary. These two made it a positive experience and I’m excited to come back to get more types of washes.
Also, these jeans are so comfortable and I literally walked out of the store wearing them.

Such an attentive staff! Vivian helped us and she was so kind and helpful and asking me which sizes I needed and which styles I preferred. Out of all of the stores in the mall, I felt most welcomed and appreciated in this store!!!

I had heard great things about madewell jeans generally, and I simply had to leave a positive review for this store since the service was so amazing. I went in to try on and purchase some jeans, and the sales folks were instantly helpful with recommending sizes and styles that would work. They brought me multiple sizes and styles to try while I was in the changing room, and gave great feedback on other styles to try based on the ones I liked.My receipt says Viv W (2023 Nov 11 at about 11:30 am, in case a manager or such reads this) and also a woman who seemed to be her manager - shout out to them for the excellent customer service.

Julia C was fantastic! She helped my daughter and I find jeans that worked with our shape. She went above and beyond her Manager who didn’t take the extra steps at all to help us out. We had turned in a thread up bag and didn’t receive the actual GC comp and Julie took the time to research it for us. The Manager, gave us a less than standard answer and sent us on our way. We ended up spending over $500 that day so I was less than impressed with this Manager but was so grateful for Julia. It’s care and customer service that Julia gave that will make us come back! Great job Julia! You will go far in life bc of how kind & caring you are.

Clothing store in the Burlington Mall. Lots of twenty something women shop here. They have quite a few women’s petite sizes if that’s what you need. I bought a man’s tshirt here just now because it is cotton and well made and affordable.

Kat is AMAZING! She helped me for literally almost 2 hours to find the perfect fitting jeans. I’m not an easy customer when it comes to jeans because i’m very particular about how they feel on my body. Kat must have gone back and forth trying new jeans for me about 100 times! She had not only the best jean advice but also super helpful style advice. I loved an outfit she recommended so much that I bought it and changed into it in the store. Everyone that works here is amazing, but Kat went above and beyond for me today. Would definitely recommend this store. Thank you Kat!!
