Last fall I purchased 6 Hunter Douglas Duette shades from Lynne Greene. Their go-to guy Duke came out to measure our windows and show me the options, and then after the shades were ordered and arrived in the shop, he returned to install them. From start to finish they & Duke were professional and supportive and I highly recommend them for others considering window treatments.

Lynne Greene Interiors completed our windows perfectly! We haven't splurged on custom treatments in over 20 years, and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. (We chose Hunter-Douglas Lined-Woven Woods + Lynne's custom drapery panels. Kirsch Rods purchased independently.) Visit the showroom - it's well worth the trip. She has a beautiful selection, prices for construction & installation are more reasonable than the chain store, and you will definitely receive a personalized experience from an independent vendor such as Lynne Greene. Her sales consultant, Lucy, is an expert at guiding you thru the process. Our multiple window configuration is unique; with Duke Greene's expertise & attention to detail, our layered treatment went up without a hitch, and looks fresh, modern & elegant. I was very impressed with the speed in which they came to measure, their knowledge of the product such that they could give me great suggestions, and again with the efficiency of the installation. I had a second set of shades that needed ordering and installing just before the holidays and they did everything they could to make it happen in my time deadline!

One of our manually operated Hunter Douglas Duette LiteRise accordion shades recently started having problems retracting, so I called Hunter Douglas to see whether the problem was covered under warranty. After hearing the symptoms, they quickly diagnosed the issue as a spring problem that would be covered under warranty. They advised me to take it back to the retailer we had purchased it from ~10 years ago to get it sent in for repair, since they don’t deal directly with retail customers. I called our local retailer, and she refused to help since she said the problem was caused by an internal “mechanical motor” that wasn’t covered under warranty.I called Hunter Douglas back and informed them of my experience, and they advised me to take the blind to their local service center for repair (Lynne Greene Interiors in Burlington). I did so, and Brenda at the front counter very politely advised me that it might be a warranty item, but that they would not know until their on-site repair person examined it. She said that if it was not, there would most likely be a $130.00 charge to repair it. Two days later she called me back to say that they had completed the repair, the blind was ready to pick up, and there would be no charge because the malfunction was fully covered under Hunter Douglas’ warranty. When I went to pick up the blind, they informed me that it had indeed been an issue with the shade’s spring, as previously advised by Hunter Douglas’ customer service personnel. Their on-site repair person also leveled out the blind, which had become slightly tilted. They did all this work for free, although we had never previously purchased any blinds from them.We have 18 sets of Hunter Douglas blinds in our house, and over the years have taken roughly one fourth of them in for restringing, or warranty repair. Customers considering Hunter Douglas would be well advised to purchase them from a reputable Hunter Douglas service center that will continue to support them long after their initial purchase.

Lynne Greene interior is incredible to work with Duke was professional and knew exactly what I was looking to accomplish when I went to the showroom to drop off the books everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Lynne Greene for any services for interior design.

We had a very positive experience with Lynn Greene Interiors. They obviously know their business, have a vast selection and are extremely professional. Right from the initial meeting to the final installation, everything went so smoothly. They finished the entire house, consisting of several windows and doors within a couple of hours. I would continue to go to them for any window/door treatment needs in the future.

I have been a customer of Lynne Greene Interiors for more than a decade and we have gotten blinds and shades systems from them twice during that time period.As a family owned operation, you get excellent customer service and attention. They are also very open to post install upgrades within a certain time period in case of changing one’s mind. For example, we decided to motorize our blinds afterwards.They can also help you choose the correct colors and systems by doing a home visit.

I recently brought a broken shade to Lynne Greene interiors. They could not have been nicer. The repaired the shade in less than 24 hours. They explained that the person who repairs the shades only comes in on certain days, so I was aware of that. They submitted a claim directly to Hunter Douglas. Wonderful company. Nice showroom. Very pleased!

Replaced a 4 foot by 4 foot skylight window and had much too much sun thru the day in our tv room. So we went to Lynn Green once again for help with a new shade. And we got it! Paul came and measured the window and placed the order. Several weeks later the shade had arrived before we had. Our act together having the ceiling and opening painted (with the wood framing trim all white as Paul had recommended). Then Paul returned with a helper and installed the shade and portable rdmote controller, which was definitely worth the additional cost - our previous window shade was closed manually using a long pole crank, not fun.I
