I called in to see if a fragrance was available and the sales associate was able to put it aside for me until I got there! Love their products and the sales people are always very friendly at this particular location.

I wish I could give this 10 stars!! The service is amazing and so personalized, Molly and Frankie are the sweetest and most helping ppl I swear!! Not to mention they know their stuff down to the tea :) the products are amazing as always! Can’t wait for my products to ran out just so I can come back again?

To say I’m thrilled with what I got from here would be a huge understatement. As always, my experience at LUSH was welcoming, kind, employees were open and so sweet… but when I say I’m blown away by the shampoo/shower gel, I mean it 100%. I got the happy hippy gel (smells/makes me feel fresher than anything else I’ve tried, I love Aesop but the selection of scents just isn’t there yet) and the fairly traded honey shampoo was just glorious. I also couldn’t not get a face mask and gel eye covers.TLDR: The products from here are worth what they go for, and I cannot wait to check em out again!

This place is SO awesome! I came with my sister and had the best time. We tried out a couple creams and a bath bomb. The workers really know what they are talking about. They have answers to all the product questions, and are really nice. My sister has sensitive skin and found products just right for her! Overall, this is a wonderful place and I definitely recommend!

Lush has always been a great place to shop for gifts for my wife, kids and family. They have a wide variety of self care products as well as fun items for when taking a bath. Their bath bombs are the standard for bath bombs in our home now and none other we've seen can compete for their design, scents and colors. We just recently switched our shampoo and conditioner products to theirs as well and have loved the natural feel they create, I've never been one to use conditioner due to the oily effects they can have but Lush has found a perfect balance it seems.It's a huge plus that they boast all natural products with no animal testing. I found it particularly interesting that they label each product when it was packaged and by whom. Their staff has always been a delight and insightful while ready to help.

The folks that work in here are SO nice and helpful! Stopped in on a whim last week, and they helped me find what I needed without hassle. While I there I scooped up a shea butter loofa “Bee” soap/moisturizer. Adorable. It proved to be every bit as great as they promised!! Incredible product and great staff. TY Burlington Mall Lush :)

My wife brought me here for the first time and it was great. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly. I bought some shower soap, shampoo soap (in bar form which I found wild) and a deodorant also in bar form. I use them all the time and they work great. The place seems to be environmentally friendly so I'll be back again.
