Tylor and his team are amazing! We went in and got our first set ever with them and they helped us build my dream couch. When it was delivered in no less than a week we were so excited! Unfortunately we were missing a set of covers so when I brought this to their attention they got to work in finding what happened to it. Within a week we got the covers! Definitely going back and adding more.

Tyler and his team are amazing. I worked very closely with Tyler and his expertise and recommendations were excellent. He is incredibly responsive , patient, and made sure that all the questions my wife and I had were answered. We live in Boston but picked the burlington location because we heard it was a little bigger. We will continue to use the same location because of our wonderful experience.

Run, don’t wal, but run to the Burlington Love Sac store!!I do a lot of research before making a large purchase and my recent purchase of a love sac sactional was no different. I was a little nervous about purchasing a love sac, I tend to be a traditional style type of gal and I wasn’t really sure I wanted a love sac (I mean my brother had one in college) but Whoa, was I impressed! The sectionals are quality, sturdy, beautiful and totally and completely customizable so they are a great choice for a growing family or for anyone who needs to change things up like I do. You can change the color, fabric or set up (two couches, no problem, a couch and 2 chairs, no problem) and the fact that you buy pieces means that if I need to expand or if something gets damaged (I have 2 cats, a BIG dog, a teenage and a husband, need I saw more) I can just replace it!Ok, now for the real reason for my review… the team at the Burlington store was AMAZING! First they work as a team and really work together to make sure each customer receives the best attention and support in making a decision. This is not a high pressure place, it’s a relax and cool place to learn about their product. I think over the course of a few days I must have worked with everyone there and it was seamless! A really amazing sales experience. However what really blew my away was the text message I received after my furniture was delivered. Honestly I didn’t notice the message until days later and responded at 7pm without any expectation on receiving a response and nearly fell out of my very comfortable chair when I received a quick text back! I work I a service industry and this team is tops! Taylor - Thank you for being a superstar!!If you are in the market for living room furniture Love Sac should be on your list to check out and if it is RUN don’t walk to Burlington! You won’t regret it!!

Great products... but the employees at the Burlington store are extremely pushy, follow and stare at you the entire time since i know what I'm looking for and make purchases when I am ready. They are extremely passive aggressive pressuring you to ONLY make orders with them and when you make orders with other stores as well and not theirs, since i have multiple products from lovesac and I just moved to the Burlington area.. very odd behavior from employees that are apparently non commission based. I called about a product and they basically told me to deal with another store since i made a purchase there and hung up me as i was talking. If you're going to check out lovesac go to the Fenway or Northshore location. Way better customer service there and friendly employees!

Our LoveSac couch has shipped and will be arriving over the next couple of days. I can’t really speak to the quality of the item yet, as we are waiting for our basement to be finished to set it up. That being said, the customer service is nothing short of PHENOMENAL!!! Jack at the Burlington Mall store was knowledgeable, personable, and even put on some tunes so our 3 year old daughter could dance! He was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was not an inexpensive item, but receiving that level of customer service, and the continued service with shipping updates, directions for when the couch arrives, etc., really makes it worth it. We had a great experience and can’t wait for our new couch, sac, and ottoman to arrive!
