Kirk Z. has been really good to us the last few years! He helped my husband with picking out my engagement ring and we worked with him to pick out our wedding bands, one of which was custom. I most recently purchased a Tag Heuer watch for my husband's 30th and once again Kirk was awesome to work with! He really cares about his customers and shows interest in getting to know you better. He helped set aside the watch so I could purchase while in MA from TN for the holidays. Kirk will continue to be our go-to guy for jewelry and watch needs in the years to come! Thanks, Kirk!

Nicole L. is absolutely wonderful! We visited the Burlington, MA location from New York City to get my engagement ring adjusted. We also purchased my fiance's wedding band. We explained to Nicole that we now live out of town and were leaving the area the next day. She was able to expertly help us select an option/help us with engravings and get everything done/ready for pick up the next day! She told us, "we love being in the business to make dreams come true" and for that, we are so grateful to her and the Long's team! Even though we live out of state, we will definitely make a special trip back for future purchases!

Outstanding service from Nicole L despite bumpy end-to-end experienceI'm generally not fond of "big box" jewelry stores, but I have to recognize Nicole L for the exceptional sales service she provided for my wedding band.My shopping experience at Long's was somewhat bumpy, but Nicole consistently went the extra mile to smooth over errors that creeped into the fulfillment process.Let me start by singing Nicole's praises.1. She's meticulous, a fabulous communicator, and she clearly knows her inventory.2. She pointed out every band matching the style I wanted, assisted me in understanding/trying on every permutation, got me sized, and did it all without once trying to pressure or upsell me.3. After I landed on a band, she called me back with an unbeatable price. I placed my order that day knowing that nearly a dozen competing jewelers, local and otherwise, were unable to beat her price on this exact band.Unfortunately, things were rougher after Nicole passed my order on for fulfillment. Simply put, Long's inventory management and fulfillment process both have some room for improvement.1. When placing my order with Nicole, I opted to receive it at a different store. The day before pickup, I grew nervous when the store still hadn't called me as promised. I discovered that my order was in the wrong store and still backlogged, but Nicole arranged its transport to the correct store for an on-time pickup.2. Pickup day comes and I receive a text from the store that my band is ready. However, a call to this store indicates my band has still not arrived in their system. I'm obviously confused, but Nicole is able to clear this up at the other store. I go about my day after picking up my band when Nicole thoughtfully calls me to ensure my successful pickup and my satisfaction with the ring.Ultimately, Nicole provided 5/5 service both on and off the showroom floor and I can't fault her for issues beyond her control. However, my fulfillment experience required a frustrating amount of attention and I think this is an area where Long's can look at improving.

I have had to call three times to get an appraisal for something purchased at Christmas. Still waiting. Longs should provide the appraisal with this item at time of purchase.

At 17 years old not a lot of people seem to take me serious, this was the opposite of my experience at Long's in Burlington. Luke who helped me from day one and Ryan who helped me later down the line are two extraordinary, knowledgeable, great young men. Both Luke and Ryan made it their mission to make sure I got the exact Rolex I dreamed of! Safe to say I am happy with the service I received at Long's Burlington, and even happier with my new Datejust 41!

My family and I have had several great buying experiences over the past several years at the Long's Jewelers in Burlington, MA. In every case, the service provided by Kirk was top-notch. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and was very responsive to our queries between sales. We also received great service from his colleague Lucas, and from everyone we encountered during our many visits, from the friendly men at the door to the people who processed our payments. I really love Long's Jewelers and look forward to doing additional business there in the coming years!

Wow, these folks take good care of their elderly customers!I arrived early for my appointment, and they completed the appraisal of my items in much less time than expected. As a result, I was done almost an hour before my taxi was scheduled to arrive for my return trip.The staff asked me whether I had a ride. When I told them about my taxi's expected arrival, they invited me to sit in their lounge till then. Then, shortly before the expected arrival, I went to the front entrance to watch out the window. And the staff brought a chair for me to sit in while waiting!And they opened and held doors open for me -- including the taxi door. Treating me just like a customer in a luxury hotel!Excellent service!Incidentally, the appraisal consisted of a streak test and a chemical test, which showed that my items had very little value. Because of this, the staff did not even charge me anything for the appraisal!

I am still in the buying/shopper's due diligence phase and haven't purchased anything so I can't speak to that, but I had a great experience with Luke who was helping me and Ryan who was training I believe. It was my first time here. I have driven by a thousand times and wanted to check it out. I was looking for 2 difference pieces as a gift. I did not plan the visit and looked wildly underdressed for the public let alone a high-end jeweler and wondered if the quality of service I would receive would be based on my casual attire. That was not the case. I felt well taken care of from my first impression of the store to the last. Our interaction felt conversational and not transactional. I could tell Luke was skilled in the art of the conversation. I saw a demonstration of his knowledge as well as a high level of active listening. I appreciated that I felt understood and did not have the unwanted experience of pushy or manipulative sales. I look forward to continuing my shopping process with them and how it tracks.
