Great place for dry cleaning, alterations and specialty items. I had vintage twin chenille bed spreads to be cleaned and didn't want to take a chance to clean them myself. So Lapels did a great job on them.....and I was able to use a coupon!!! And love the employees there as well. *****

I have never used a dry cleaner before. I got the BEST service from the Burlington location. I wish I knew the name of the man that helped me. He was beyond sweet and walked me through the whole process making sure that my dress was ready in time for my bridal shower. So so appreciative!!

The wire & cardboard pants hangers being used are of so poor quality the hanger bent open and fell apart while I was carrying my cleaned suit to my car, meaning my clean and pressed pants were then in a ball in the bottom of the bag.
Obviously this is the fault of the company, not the Burlington location, but if Lapels can't be bothered to ensure their customer's clothes don't end up in a heap, they aren't deserving of my business, and I don't plan on using them again.

Had to get some dry cleaning for a wedding. Everything was efficient. The only reason I don't do 5 star is because I feel they did a good job at what they market. I feel 5 star is reserved for businesses going beyond what the standard is expected.

The manager was really nice and very helpful. The turn around period for my dry clean was on time. Definitely will be using Burlington Lapels Dry Cleaners next dry cleaning.

Always liked Lapels in Burlington, Mgr. And Staff are wonderful. I feel dry cleaning is out of reach financially for me so I try not to buy clothing that cannot be washed, unfortunately.

I entrusted them with my beloved 70% wool coat, only to be disappointed. After the cleaning, the coat's texture was noticeably deteriorated. The staff explained this was due to the coat not being 100% wool, which was surprising and frustrating. Also, this Lapels is individually owned so forget looking at the Lapels website policies when it comes to damaged clothing. For those in Burlington seeking quality dry cleaning services, I've had a much more positive experience with Maria Alterations.
