My boyfriend and I just finalized our bathroom project with Steve P. and I can't say enough great things! Steve was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable and gave us his own opinions on certain things as well. He showed us all different price point options and we really felt comfortable and confident with what we were choosing.

Jae was absolutely amazing to work with. She guided me through 3 bathroom designs. She is knowledgable about all Kohler products and had great suggestions on what would work and look right in my bathrooms. I can highly recommend her to others! Super easy to work with, very organized and a great communicator. She made it easy and I can't wait to see the results!

We had a great experience working with Steve Puopolo from the Kohler Signature Store in Burlington! He helped us select the right lighting fixture for our bathroom upgrade. It was evident that Steve has great experience, knowledge, and insight as to where things should go and what looks good. We will definitely come back to the Kohler Signature Store and hopefully work with Steve on our next project!

Mary was FABULOUS!! She was very patient and asked great questions to better understand my needs and style to guide me appropriately. She has a wonderful eye for design and is extremely knowledgeable about Kohler products. I have been procrastinating on this bathroom renovation and now I'm inspired to get it done thanks to Mary!

Couldn’t be more pleased with either the store / company or our salesperson Jae hall. No detail left unaddressed and the ultimate test was when things went sideways. A finishing piece was missing for our bathroom renovation and Jae contacted kohler on our behalf to deliver a replacement part asap. Jae always updated us on delivery timelines and suggested replacements / alternatives when our original plans changed. Prices are competitive so no premium applies when dealing with such a professional team. Every item shown / selected was coordinated and Jae helped us economize where appropriate ( reusing sink faucets so that the money could be reallocated to a floor based tub fill unit ). Despite other higher end products available, repairing kohler products makes it easier to invest in their fixtures without worrying about where to source parts in the future. In summary we recommend using Jae and kohler without hesitation

Steve P. waited on my husband and I and we could not have had a better experience. He’s so knowledgeable and helpful. We had to return one item and he was extremely helpful with the process. The store is beautiful and the entire experience was great.(and be sure to experience the womens bathroom).

Jae’s the best you want everything when you walk in but then you realize that what you want doesn’t exactly fit in your budget but with Jae’s patience and understanding I got my Kohler bathroom!

Isaac was helpful, knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions in our bathroom designe. I would recommend him if you go to the Kohler Store in Burlington. He has been quick to return calls and provide info to our contractor as needed.

Beautiful Burlington showroom but terrible service. We're doing a full but renovation and we wanted deck out all our 3.5 bathrooms and kitchen with kohler fixtures but ended up spending our $40k budget using another vendor and brand. The sales rep who I worked with was knowledgeable in the products but that's all. She couldn't really consult me on the solutions and wasn't too patient with me as we had a lot of rooms to cover. In the middle of our session she had me wait for 15 min to help another walk in with was odd. Another rep asked me if I was all set and I hesitantly said yes. Fifteen minutes before closing she told she had to go to meet someone for dinner and told me she'll get the rest the quote ready on Monday. Never heard from her. It was really was a shame because I really liked the Kohler brand and design but service like that isn't worth it.
