I can’t say enough about my experience here. Amit was extremely helpful from the moment he started working with me. He showed me many different options, within the specified price range, and kept all the requirements I had in mind as he sorted through his inventory. Knowing I live far away, he made the process smooth, efficient and easy, where I just had to make a trip to Burlington once. He was flexible, kind and courteous, and I’d 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for jewelry!

Excellent products and service; helpful, pleasant staff who take their time with each customer. We also had several repairs done on goods we already owned, and they were all handled professionally and to our satisfaction. I wholeheartedly endorse this place and plan on returning.

I have experienced better customer service in 7-11 as compared to this store . The person at the counter has absolutely no interest in showing us any Jewelry and was one of the rudest person that I have encountered. There are plenty of other Jewelers in the area. I would suggest you save your self some time and embarrassment and go to other stores instead. I would give a 0 stars if that was a option

Very rude and unpolite behaviour shown by this family jeweler. Discouraging legitimate transactions and wants only cash transactions. I would not recommend this shop and would never revisit thes shop in my life time again.

The highest possible recommendation! Superior assistance for customers. I had a set of bangles and a necklace made to order, and there was no pressure to buy if I didn't like the design. In addition, the unheard-of two-week return policy applies only if the jewelry has not been worn. My out-of-state family also frequent Kay Pee Jewelers. If you're interested in classic, contemporary, and one-of-a-kind looks, you should visit the shop.

Top notch buying experience, my wife and I traveled over an hour from Connecticut to shop here. The woman who helped us was extremely kind and friendly. Took the time to help us find exactly what we wanted. Very high quality chain and it came in a lovely box. Very pleased to find a jeweler for 22k that we can trust. Highly recommend, we look forward to doing more business in the future.

Excellent items and service — staff takes time and care to deal with individual cases and is very friendly. We also got some repair work done on items we had from elsewhere and everything was executed and handled perfectly. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

So far best store to buy jewellery. I had a very good experience today. Amazing customer service. Mr. Amit was helpful through out my shopping (long) time. He did not rush us into buying, but instead explained everything. In today's world its hard to find a good customer service even though customer spend thousands of dollars. Glad I was able to find this Jeweller.

The designs and variety of this place are out of this world. The prices are also fair! Amit and the rest of the staff do a great job of making sure you find everything you need. If they don't have what you want in stock, they'll even have jewelry and rings made especially for you in your size or a certain style. I hope to buy many more things from them in the future.

Highly recommend! Excellent customer service. Any style and design can be customized - I had my necklace set and bangles customize without having the obligations to buy it if I didn’t like it. Also they have return policy of two week if the jewelry is not used which is unheard! I also have relatives from different states who shops at Kay Pee Jewelers. Definitely check out the store if you are looking for traditional, modern, and unique styles.
