I took my car for oil change and back tire replacement. It was to my surprise $1500.00 dollars later they told me the cost would be.?
I was actually very grateful as they did a thorough inspection as they usually do with every oil and filter change. I was told my tyrods also needed replacement as my battery was not working properly. It both could have created safety issues which I am so grateful for repairing. I cannot place a dollar amount on safety. I actually think it was a reasonable price.
I am also happy they did a thorough inspection of the car as it is a 2006 late model. They said everything is working properly which gives me a reassuring feeling.
I am grateful for Chris's help which I can always count on! I appreciate all your help Chris!

I don't even know where to begin. We make an appointment for an oil change and when we show up they tell us that we would have to drop the car off and it would be done in a couple of hours. We tell them we don't have that kind of time so they reschedule us for a few days later and we explicitly say that we will not be dropping the car off. The service team reassured us that it would be a quick service visit. Day of the NEW appointment rolls around. After waiting well over an hour, I go to inquire about the service and to see how much longer it was going to be. To my surprise, our car hadn't been brought back to the service area yet. After another 45 minutes my car is finally ready. This place is trash. Horrible communication, piss-poor planning, and bad customer service. I wouldn't bring my car here for service again and I won't be purchasing another vehicle from here.

They found the solution to the problem and fixed it. It cost, more than we were prepared for, but it is fixed and we can use our car. We had to take advantage of their service to bring us home since they were too busy to repair it the same day.

I bought my used 2018 crv from herb chambers and it was originally a good experience. I bought the oil change package when I bought the car. Last year during an oil change I had them rotate the tires as I normally do. They told me I needed new tires so they didn’t do it. Fast forward after I purchased 4 new tires in july 2023. I go back in January for an oil change and ask them to rotate the tires. They said they didn’t need to, they were wearing even and not much wear at the time. Made sense. I just brought it in for an oil change 2 weeks ago and told them I feel something in the front end, feels like the LKA is on but its not. They charged me $169 to look and tell me that there was nothing wrong with front end but I need tires. I asked the service rep Jeff why they and he said the instrument showed severe wear. Um, ok..so I am was taken advantage of at the tire place (not) or you think im a totally idiot ( fyi- i am female too) and are a completely scummy dealership. Which seems more likely. I said well that’s interesting because those tires are less than a year old and I work at home so there is less than 10k miles on them. He came back 15 mins later and said they reevaluated and are waiving the $169 diagnostic charge and some if the tread might need attention in the future. Well thank you Herb chambers for stating the obvious. I will never go back and I will share this experience with others. Do your homework and get multiple quotes and diagnostic from different places. I have a very honest mechanic but I figured out of convenience while I was getting the oil change. Lesson learned

I recently brought my car in for a replacement HVAC system and Christopher Glen assisted me every step of the way. This guy was truly the best and super friendly. The entire process was easy and simple. Despite living closer to a different Honda dealership I’ll happily go a tad further for this excellent service. I don’t leave many reviews but this made the exception! Thanks Christopher!

My 2016 civic ac didn’t work and it turned out to be the same issue which happened 4 years ago. They replaced the condenser for free per warranty extension. Chris did a great job and explained the situation. This is the dealership I always trust!

Brand new HONDA HRV Better replaced , used only 2 years , This time service cost around 750. Labour changes 400 for 1 hour.
Disappointed Chambers Honda .
