“I started orange theory earlier this month and love it. My first class was with Emily who was great at showing me the ropes and making sure I had the movements down. Only down side is if you work later I to the evening like I do you may be limited to early morning work outs - thankfully BG carries enough energy for everyone and gets your day started the right way.”

He shared some recommendations for things I can do at home to assist with circulation & nerve pain. He was very thoughtful in his techniques, how he adjusted my limbs for different massages, and was attentive to my needs for pressure and comfort.”

I have learned so much regarding nutrition and exercising that I never knew before (and I was a dedicated high school athlete).
