The incredibly courteous and helpful staff create a very welcoming atmosphere at this Francesca's location. I always enjoy dropping in to say hello and asking the staff for suggestions and recommendations for my girlfriend. Top notch service! 5/5

Person working ignored everyone, people waited at counter for 5+ minutes while the employee did go backs and made eye contact with them numerous times. Very rude. A middle aged woman with short dark hair.

We were in the search for some dresses size XL. A woman ask us what we want and we said XL dresses any type or color, her answer was: "No all the dresses came in XL, and I don't remember a brand that carries them" And she went back to the cashier to continue the conversation. I won't add any comments because is unnecessary.

Very rude staff I went in to return a pendant that did not sit right on my chest and was in the box but the lady at the front asked me if I had the outer box which I dint because I dint think I would return it before I tried it on. But they were so catty and rude and said that next time I should return it in outer box which is fine. But, then she said,"did you just hear what I said" I was like I heard you word by word lady. She said," you just had a confused look" damn, I have never been made to feel like this anywhere for FAKE CRYSTALS and I'm a diamond girl! Will never be buying anything from them again. They need to work on treating their customers right. Loosers

Nice fancy bright colors attract your eyes when you walk by Swarovski store. Stars that are shining in day time. What is better to live luxury . Nice store located in Burlington mall first floor
