I've had 5 pieces framed by them and plan on getting more done! They did such an amazing job framing some animation cels I had, and they really work and collaborate with you while picking out the frame and mat.

After discovering this place on Yelp, I have had several pieces either reframed, glass replaced, and/or re-matted. I am so very pleased with the work on all of the pieces. Each one took about 2 weeks, and I got a call right when they were ready. Staff are very pleasant and helpful in choosing materials and seem to go the extra mile to make each project the best it can be. Prices are fair for the quality of work. This is also a delightful gift shop full of unique and interesting goodies including stationery products, home decor, and lots of treasures.

Nice enough people but extremely under staffed. The person helping me with my 2 custom frame jobs had to leave (her shift was over I guess) right in the middle of my order so I waited until the other person was done taking his order then he picked up where the other employee left off. I placed my order at the end of December and never got a call that they were ready. Called twice but was told they are very backed up. I was told it would take 2 weeks. It's now March 7th and I called and was told they are ready. No one ever called me as they said they would. Should have used our local small framer instead.

The best! Recently had a piece of art custom framed and they were fantastic at guiding us through the process and the end result is phenomenal. Super knowledgeable staff ready to help with any project - including small ones like graciously cutting a larger opening on a pre-cut mat I bought in the store. Also love to stop in and peruse all the fun trinkets and gifts available in the store too, perfect for holiday or anytime shopping. Don’t pass this place up!

Frameworks is a wonderful shop. Everyone who works there is kind and exceptionally knowledgeable. They had excellent suggestions for framing my photos. The selection of frames is fantastic. To top it all off, the prices are fair. This shop really is a gem!

I have had about 10 different pieces framed by Frameworks over the last 5 years or so, and each one of them is an example of quality work and a keen eye. Kathy has helped me on all my projects, and I simply wont go anywhere else. I trust her aesthetics when picking out matt board and frames, yet she is always encouraging me to make it my own piece with simple suggestions. Considering the quality of work, their pricing is fair, and their turn around time reasonable. There's no reason to go anywhere else. Another testament to Frameworks, is that I drive over an hour to give them my business. In return, they give me quality service and an outstanding product. Thank you! Best, Kurt.

Frameworks is my go to place when I want a really nice frame and mat. They take all the time you need to find that perfect match thats brings your art together. Can get a little pricey but so worth it.
