Terrible customer service. I went there on 3/16 with my friends to buy sneakers for their nephew and the employees were horsing around as soon as we got in. One of them was nice enough to greet us and help us out but as soon as he asked the girl at the register to ring us up she looked so miserable and angry to do her job. She was rude and moody the whole time and didn’t say a word just pushed the bag when she was done and just continued whatever she was doing. If you don’t like your job that’s your problem, don’t make it a negative experience for other people.

2/18/24: store owners/management check your cameras at about 6pm. I left my bag with hand soaps in your store and your staff was found smelling them all and one was missing from the bag. SMH. Stealing a soap is so low. I can only imagine what else they would steal.

I had the worst experience with a guy who works here named Jameil at the front desk.He mentioned I cannot try shoes displayed on the wall after “I tried them on”. I then asked him to get me a pair that I could try but he gave me the same display shoe to try. What was the whole purpose of the point he was trying to make?Later he started behaving rude and declined to help all because he thought I cannot try shoes if I don’t want to buy them. Like what on earth? Since when did this mandate come to existence ?He was incredibly rude and was not helpful at all. He had a disrespectful tone and was using inappropriate swear words while asking me to leave the store. SWEAR WORDS INSIDE THE STORE!I left the store disheartened and he came back yelling and swearing outside the store at me. I felt so threatened by this guy.Totally recommend people to avoid communicating or interacting with this guy.Please know how to treat your customers!

Terrible service. The associate helping me was very nice and very apologetic but no one else was helping her. I went to the register and was shooed away by the cashier because I didn’t have the box or the matching shoe I tried on. She waved me away, and I had to find an associate who told me to wait for someone to bring my shoe out. I wasted 25 minutes waiting for the shoes to come. When I eventually got my shoes, the cashier was very rude to me again. This was at the Burlington mall location

Terrible service, I bought a sneaker from this store and they didn't want to exchange it, claiming that the sneaker was used, which is not true... I will never buy from this store again

I went into the store today at the Burlington Mall. I took a shoe off the display to try on. I walked towards an employee to ask for a different size and he goes "Man, why are you trying on the shoes on the wall? Now you get them dirty so no one will buy them." and then starts murmuring to himself. I wasnt even walking around the whole store with them.Are you serious? Since when can you not try on shoes here. Bizarre interaction, is this the new policy?

Awesome customer service. I was there yesterday May 15th and the employees were awesome! Talked Basketball with me and my son's and brought out the new Tatum's to show us them. Young guys but really personable! Great experience all around and my son's can't wait to wear the new Tatum's in a game! Thanks

Went to return a sweater I bought last week and the guy at the register was not even trying to attend to me. Was replying to his phone until he finished. Made some excuse saying that it’s not from his store so he doesn’t want to claim it and go back to where I actually bought it from. (Finish line at rockingham) Literally had the receipt in hand saying I would do an exchange or anything. Wouldn’t help, just told me to go back to where I bought it from. I’ve never had any issues with any returns from finish line until today. His whole demeanor just screams lazy.

Today I went to finish line to return and items that’s was sent to me and was the wrong order and my friend Giovanni was very nice respectful and patient with me and mad sure to help me get the rite items that I ordered and help me send back the items that I received that was incorrect thank you Giovanni and the team at Burlington mall finish line.

I bought a $100 shoe to my son from Finish line store located at Burlington mall, MA and a week later I went back to store to switch the shoe. I tod the manager that one of the pairshoe has a little bumper in it and it does not give comfort to my son that is why I asked him to switch with another one. The manager was primarily rude and he was not totally interested to support us. He refused to do that because I lost the receipt, but the box has the bar code on it and he could find the info on the system. However, he was totally unwilling to help us and refused to switch the shoe. I was a little bit disappointed? with his treatment and I asked him to talk to his manager if they can help, but he went back door and come back saying that his boss has the same feedback because of the store policy, but he was telling the lie. Finally, I spent another $95 for another shoe on the same store to make my son happy.I totally dissatisfied with their service and really recommend any one not to go that store. They have the worst customer service I ever had experianced on my life.If finish line does not have the bar code info on the system, they are on 20th century. You need to update your system to make your customer happy.

This store has the worst customer service and management I have seen in years. I have been buying my son's sneakers there because it's convenient. I had to special order a size, and it still didn't fit. When I brought the sneakers back to the store, they said they had been worn outside, which they weren't. The right sneaker did look different from the left sneaker, and when we were inspecting them together, we realized it might have been a mistake at the warehouse or in manufacturing. I made a big fuss about them not returning them or giving me a store credit. So the manager tells me that it would be a loss for the store if she took them back. Both her and the employee were young and seemed to have no business sense or knowledge. I told them I've spent thousands in their store over the past 10 years and they've permanently lost me as a customer. Then I had to ask her do you really think that's a good business decision? And she said yes. I even walked in with my 2 sons, one wearing a pair of the sneakers from there! I would bet this store will be out of business soon. You can't treat people like that and stay in business.
