Please do not buy an annuity from them because they don't give you the full details on the fastest route for a monthly payment. I made the terrible mistake in May of 2018 of buying an annuity from them. It's with mass mutual. I chose direct deposit which is not the fastest way to receive the monthly payment. Payment date I chose is the 14th, but the money doesn't go into my account until the 18th. I have a money market account with Fidelity too and online, withdraws using the debit card show up 2 or 3 times in a month. It's very confusing, but the withdrawal amount only comes out once. Never again will I come to this office and do business with them again!!

My husband has a 401 here. He has not received a statement since he retired in 2018. He has had a cardiac arrest and has problems speaking. They will not give me any information. They will not mail him a statement to home address on file. Never deal with these people if you have other options. Hide and invest your money anywhere else.

If you don't look like a millionaire then they make you feel that every second you talk to them is a waste of their precious time. Shining clothes coupled with brains that do not have much in them.

This office has been very pore in responding to communications and appointment set ups. I have a large account and there is no Manager assigned to it that communicates and responds to my questions. They are a loss for investing help.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service of this financial institution. I understand with the pandemic, things are difficult. However, with ALL branches closed, it requires an hour on hold to speak with someone. I expect more from a company that makes many millions of dollars managing peoples money. I plan to immediately move all of my money to a financial services company that does just that. There are plenty, keep looking for better service.

Called Fidelity in Burlington MA to set up a Roth IRA..new customer. First a VERY Rude computer voice (can you believe that) told me to enter a User Name or Soc. Sec.# . I am trying to become a customer so don't have user name and certainly am not going to "enter my Soc Sec #) said "representative" enough times (even when canned voice became belligerent!) I was left on hold for 20 mins with, believe it or not ,that Voice came on about 40 times asking me to please hold on and my call will be answered as soon as possible. I felt like it was 2001! this is Fidelity for Gods sake! I'll take my business elsewhere.

Personnel are always helpful whenever I've visited - and I'm one of these crazy paranoid folks who prefers to do business in person.
