“Malden Urgent Care,I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone at Malden Urgent Care who helped me yesterday. I was in terrible muscular pain and couldn't walk properly. Despite my struggle, someone from inside saw me and quickly came to assist me with a wheelchair. It was my first time in a wheelchair, and I couldn't even stretch my left leg due to the pain. Your prompt attention and understanding were greatly appreciated. The shot I received in my left hand provided relief, and the arrangement of an ambulance to transfer me to Everett Hospital was done without delay. I spent about 4 to 5 hours at the hospital, and now I'm taking medicine for a week. I'm worried about whether my leg will fully recover and if I'll be able to work as usual. Despite my concerns, I have no words to express how thankful I am. Please convey my gratitude to the entire Malden Urgent Care team.Thank you so much”
“I cannot express enough gratitude for all of the staff at Somerville Family Practice. While dealing with challenging and serious health issues, Dr Wemple and his staff were able to see me quickly, get me a referral, work with the pharmacy, and get me all documentation I needed within 48 hours of my exam. Exceptional!There are so many people who work in the healthcare industry that may be burned out. Though busy, this was not my experience. They set reasonable expectations all throughout my journey. My experience with the staff was that they were cordial, helpful, and wanted to see me get better as soon as possible. Sometimes, they may be short-staffed but at the end of the day, they get the job done and that is what has mattered most. 100% recommended for PCP.”

He always listens attentively and makes me feel cared for every time I visit him. Our appointments never feel rushed. “I love it here! I do usually sit in the waiting room for around 20 minutes to a half hour before someone brings me back, but Dr. Molato is very nice and I feel comfortable around her. I usually opt for Karen to do everything she can though, I love her so much! Karen is so nice and she really makes me feel like I can tell her anything (especially when she asks the slightly more personal question at the beginning of checkups), and I'm always sure to be honest with her. My mom has tried multiple times to call the office to see if I can restart a medication, and nobody's answered, both times. That's the only problem I've had with this place so far and I've gone here for around 4-5 years now!”
