Was leaving the Burlington mall with a friend today, noticed this store on the way out and suggested to my friend we check it out as I have seen this company being advertised on some Social media ads, she said that she thinks it's just a member only company but ok, let's check it out. We walked in and immediately noticed a table set up with what appeared to be cookies (lol yes cookies at a fitness apparel store), water and some other items, and an employee, possibly a front end retail store greeter behind this front of store table, but the person appeared to ignore us, even though the store only had 1-2 customers walking around, We then heard music blaring extremely loud to the point we could not even concentrate or hear each other talking even though we were just about next to each other, We then saw approximately 3 employees all talking to each other, they were within very close proximity of us (these 3 ignored us as well, you would think at least one of them would greet us, or ask us if we needed any help), then out of the blue we hear someone from the other side of the store screaming at us, screaming over the other 3 employees, she then came closer to us, we could not hear what she was saying, my friend then said, we couldn't hear you, the music sounds extremely loud, why is the music up so loud. The employee shrugged off the concern, and left us be. What's puzzling is the employee front of store greeter totally ignored us, then 3 other employees all chit chatting, ignored us, even though we were right near them, but an employee from across the store was screaming at us, we still have no clue what she was screaming. Not one employee asked us if we needed help, so the greeter didn't say hi or greet us, or ask us to come check out her cookie table. The 3 other employees standing next to us didn't acknowledge us, I then started looking at a pair of wide leg yoga pants, we could not find any prices, it appears the prices are hidden inside the clothing, and on a tag, where they do not empathize the price, all the writing on the tag is bigger than the price amount, they make the price the most very fine print of the tag,..I then noticed the $89 price tag,.... I really enjoyed the style, the texture of the fabric and would consider buying them, but unfortunately had no one to help us out, we were so discombobulated by the music being so loud, we couldn't even pinpoint where the cash register was. not one employee acknowledged us. So we left, not even knowing if this was an opening event, due to cookies, and other items on a front table, no clue if the place requires a membership, I'm actually saddened to write this review, because the yoga pants appeared exactly a type item I would purchase, mind you myself and my friend come from a heavy metal music background, and can tolerate loud music, but this was ridiculous, Your charging $89 for a pair of yoga pants, hide the pricing of the items, have a ton of employees on staff, even the greeter did not acknowledge us, then when we were leaving, the same employee that was screaming to us, we did hear her scream at the top of her lungs to us "have a nice day". 1. teach your employees customer service 1012. turn the music down a tad notch3. If you have a front end greeter at the door, make sure that person is trained to know a front end greeters job standing behind a table with water, cookies and other stuff is to greet the people coming in.4. do not have staff standing there in a circle chit chatting, 5. Make your price $ on the tag bigger6. Teach your employees to not scream across the store to greet customers.7. I am not buying $89 yoga pants even if they are made out of gold if I am ignored by all 4 of your staff. And then the only other 1 screaming, and still no clue what the heck she was screaming. 8. I still do not know if the store is members only, we were ignorned or yelled at.9. my friend and I are very social people, easy to approach, friendly, and easy going, if these 5 staff ignored us, I can't imagine when they ha
