I went to this store today while the mall was very busy not necessarily expecting to find anything because I was looking for jeans and always have a hard time finding ones that fit correctly. Naija went out of her way to help me and I've never had a better experience in a store and I've never had jeans fit me as well as the one's she found me. Huge kudos to her, she's so great at her job and so kind while doing it.

I had an AWFUL experience at the Express store! I applied for credit card and they did 3 inquiries on my SS. not enough when I went there to exchange my purchase, they did a return instead. I had to pay my purchase twice! The manager is VERY RUDE, she didn't do anything to help me out even though they made the mistake! Unless, you don't care about multiples inquiries I DO NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING FOR A CREDIT AT EXPRESS

I was being attended by Erin (I believe the store manager), she had an extremely nasty attitude, looked like she brought in personal issues from home to work and was just rude. Not sure why she’s store manager, she has NO management skills at all. ?
