Super expensive, not super fast. Almost $1 per kWh, which is almost 3x what you’d pay at a Tesla supercharger at the other end of the parking lot. It’s also just 50kW, so much slower than a supercharger. They also have this system where each charger has a name (the one I used was Oliver) and you have to match it on the app, which I find a silly and unnecessary extra step, especially if it’s freezing outside and you’re just trying to run into the mall. They have a sticker on it saying “Charge your Tesla here”, but at this price and with a supercharger right around the corner, why bother?!

Super convenient location right near Legal Seafood at the Burlington Mall. When we were there all 4 locations were full. Fifth car pulled up right as we were finishing.

Update - the J1772 charger works now. It is not free anymore, but that’s just fair. The charging cord is a bit short, so you might want to back up into the charging spot if your port is in the back of your carThe availability for the chargers is not listed correctly. In the last week or so it already happened twice that the charger that Google maps listed as available was takenSep 17, 2019 - The J1772 charger has been broken for weeks nowUpdate - As of October 2, the J1772 charger works again, although the EVGo app still lists it under repair

Things did not start well because all the spaces were taken with EVs not charging, just parked. But I drove around and finally after about 10 mins one space opened up and I was able to connect my Chevy Bolt to a DC Fast Charge machine. It added 19 miles in 20 mins and cost $6.50 which seems like a lot. I suppose in an emergency it wouldn’t seem so expensive.

Reliable and now rarely occupied by non-electric vehicles. Be thoughtful and move your car when done charging so the spot is free for the next EV.
