Great service, excellent merchandise -- the recliner I purchased is wonderful! Erin was a top-notch salesperson, very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. without a doubt, top quality furniture and expensive, too. The delivery service was also top notch but frankly charging $300 (299) for delivery of one chair was outrageous! For the prices you pay at Ethan Allen charging so much for delivery seems like price gouging.

Arwen was terrific. She offered her help and was readily available for questions and advice, but she let us proceed at our own pace without shadowing us. She stayed after hours to enable us to stay longer even though we weren’t ready to buy. When we actually closed on our new home, Arwen came in on her day off and offered her expertise in choosing fabric and making recommendations for complimentary pieces. Ethan Allen in Burlington, MA, is lucky to have such a valuable employee.

Erin Cormier is a top notch and one of the best designers I've ever worked with both professionally and personally. She worked closely with me to pick out perfect furniture for our new home and I am so happy with everything that we picked out!! She continuously goes above and beyond to communucate and support her customers and was an absolutely pleasure to work with!!On purchasing from Ethan Allen, the furniture is high quality, looks beautiful and well worth the investment and made locally, the delivery drivers are so friendly and helpful, everything about our experience in furnishing our new home exceeded our expecations!

Arwen Arwen was a delight to work with! She has impeccable taste, is helpful, provides honest feedback based on your style and needs, and is a lot of fun! I never felt rushed but it was a very efficient process. I loved every minute of it and I usually dread furniture shopping!

It was an A+ experience from start to finish. I was lucky enough to to work with Arwen, who helped me make my vision become reality. The consultations for fabric choices and the ordering process were smooth thanks to Arwen’s professionalism. Delivery was amazing! And Arwen came to the house on delivery day to fluff the pillows and make sure I was pleased with my selection. I can’t thank her enough.

I did not purchase my furniture from Ethan Allen, but I did come in to look for a rug, and artwork to compliment my rooms. I am colored blind, so a difficult process at best, but Rita was extremely patient and kind in working with me, and I trusted her. Her design expertise is evident as soon as you begin to speak to her, and her sense of color coordination, impeccable! I am extremely thankful for the wonderful attention I received from Rita,; she really went above and beyond to help me. Your Burlington crew is great!

Bought a sofa 6+ weeks back. Came yesterday damaged. All afternoon I tried to talk to someone at the store and kept hearing the manager is not here. This morning got a phone call from delivery Manager and offered that they can deliver the sofa and it will be “dirty and damaged” for sometime at my home but they can fix it sometime when they get the fabric!! Asked when I can get a “not damaged nor dirty” sofa did not generate any response. Tried to call the Burlington store and after a lot of cajoling and coaxing they gave me the name of the Manager who was on leave yesterday and today. The sofa can be returned for full refund but so far I have no one willing to credit my account.Glad it is not a custom sofa, and I should be able to get a refund. However did not expect to waste so much time and not getting a single useful response. The lady who called me from the warehouse was unwilling to offer any alternative. The Burlington store provided zero help so far.I have had Ethan Allen furnitures before, and went back this time and sadly realizing they are not the same company.
