Anne and Paul offer an amazing program with excellent and varied workouts and recipes/plans that work for every dietary need. Their program is top notch and I am also addicted to Tuesday night yoga with Lenny, the best Yoga teacher in the world (in my opinion). I have been a member for years and love being part of the community. They also went virtual when the pandemic hit so never missed a beat! They can easily work with whatever you have available - no weights, no problem! Always a challenge, always great!

For me, the Embody program is transformational. It’s been a year plus and I am stronger, eating well and keeping off 20 pounds. Diets, in my world, have temporary results. This program works for the long term. It provides tailored exercises and nutrition you can live with. The food you learn to make is healthy and real. The exercise program is effective and targeted to each person. The staff is committed to the progress of the members. And it's fun!

I've been a yoga participant at Embody for a couple years now. The new fitness program at Embody has really changed things for me. At 50, I was struggling to keep weight off and feel fit. The program is great. Small groups, great coaching, the food program is easy and delicious. I have more energy, fewer aches and pains. The most important part is I'm a person not a number here. They know my name and they care. Thanks Anne Nicole and Paul

We joined embody fitness for my 17yr old with Down Syndrome and other med issues could see that eating healthy and exercising is a good thing. We have come away with her losing 45 lbs (since end of feb), a new grasp on life, independence, and a new group of friends whom have joined our "village". They have proven cooking and eating is a good thing, is the choices involved that is the key! The education of it, community and support cannot compare to other gyms I have attended.

I am glad I found EmbodyFitness and gave it a shot. I always thought I knew what to do and what to eat. I thought I knew when to push and when to rest. Well guess I didn't know it all. What I did realize, after all of the gym memberships that all went unused, was that I needed more than a gym...I needed a community, a support system, but mostly I needed accountability. Embody offers all of that and more! They are an amazing team who do care, make you accountable, push you when you need to be pushed and want to see you succeed. 8 weeks in I can say it works and has changed the way I approach everything from eating to exercise.

This place is fantastic. They offer such a variety of Wellness options from deep tissue massage to yoga, pain management, healthy nutrition plans and great workouts. If you haven't been to Embody Fitness I highly recommend you stop in and meet the incredible staff. The combined knowledge, integrity, professionalism and years of experience is top-notch.

Went for nutrition advice to boost performance and promote weight loss. The tips were great! They work and keep me full throughout the day. Also attended a boot camp right after thanksgiving. The workout was effective and efficient, and they had great modifications when I was unable to do an exercise because of an old injury. Highly recommend coming here!

I did a stretching class at noon with Anne and she was perfect. She was calm, thorough and showed me many ways to open up my hips, chest, etc. I didn't feel pressured to be any packages before, during or after class. It seems like this studio is the "whole package" they offer nutrition, yoga, stretch. The location is great, right off 95.

I took Kaitlin's class for the first time Sunday morning. She did an amazing job. I am not flexible, athletic, or a regular yoga participant, and I felt like I could keep up with the class. It was easy enough, but still challenging for someone like me. I did not feel discouraged at all. After the class, she taught us how to do headstands, which I've never done before. She made things fun during the class, and afterwards while doing headstands. It was a great way to start my Sunday. The studio itself is small and clean. This is a place I would definitely go to again. It is conveniently close to 95 and Burlington Mall. I can't say anything bad about this place.
