Opposite Primark section of the mall. Easy to access but works best with app + membership. Renovated as of August 2023 but only two units are the new 350kW. The others are a slow level 2 (7kW) and an existing dispenser with CHAdeMO plug.

"Reopened" this set of chargers after fixing and they still aren't all functional. Charger 2 doesn't work.

This Electrify America charging station is located directly outside Rosa Mexicano (yelp.com/biz/rosa-mexica… ) here at the Burlington Mall (yelp.com/biz/burlington-… ).It has 3 "fast"-charging ports - although they're nowhere near as fast as Tesla Superchargers that I've experienced. All have CCS plugs that can deliver up to 150 kW in power. One of these also has a CHAdeMO plug with up to 50 kW of power. You pay by the minute, depending on the charging power. If the power is less than 90 kW, then you pay $0.19/minute; if the power is more than this, you pay $0.37/minute.There is 4th port with a Level 2 plug with a glacial maximum power of 7 kW. It charges only $0.03/minute, or about $0.26/kWh. I tried charging with it since all the other stations were occupied or non-operational when I arrived, only to find that the credit card reader wasn't working. Fortunately, one of the other stations freed up soon after.Note that the charging power might be dictated not by the charging station, but by your car's settings and by basic battery chemistry (quora.com/Why-do-batteri…). In general, the emptier your battery is, the faster it charges. The fuller it is, the slower it charges. So, whenever you encounter a charging station that charges by the minute, it's more economical to charge when empty, and to unplug if you desire, once the battery reaches a reasonable level of charge. I rented an EV for a week recently and tested these charging levels for myself at this Burlington charging station. Indeed, because my car's battery was already 71% full, it charged at a power of only 28 kW. At $0.19/minute, this is a $0.41/kWh, which is rather steep compared to current residential electric rates. Including taxes, I ended up paying $1.28 for 2.8 kWh, which works out to $0.46/kWh, or an equivalent of 31.5 miles per gallon at current gas prices for the Chevy Bolt that I was renting. Not great. So you are definitely paying a premium for the convenience of a fast charger - and for any charging access at all, given that all functioning stations were constantly occupied when I showed up.As for this charging station's location, it's at the Burlington Mall, which is great during mall hours. Few, if any, of these businesses are open 24/7, though.

Very poor infrastructure. 80% of the time its not working properly. I wonder why they waste the space for EV charging when its not even working properly. Electrify America please take action and fix it.

EV parking not labeled and not enforced. All spots taken at busy mall. Also, even though charge station has 2 ports, only one can be used at a time, so if there's a car across from you, you can't use it.

All SIX spots taken up by non-EV cars.Close to a mall entrance so everyone parks there. EV parking not enforced.

Sensors barely reads NFC cards.Rarely available, either not working (actually a sticker saying it’s broken, instead of disabling it remotely), slow charging or someone waiting for an available charger near by.

For months chargers barely work.Called the company many times and they restart remotely but never helps. They never service or maintain their stations

EA chargers are fairly easy to use once you've set up the App.They don't provide enough information to evaluate the charging characteristics of the battery. The time charging should include seconds so I know when it's about to change to record data at the minute. They don't report power which could be as ##.### KW.They don't allow you to have the full information window on all the time. It keeps switching to limited information and you have to touch a virtual button to get back. It would be nice if I could get back in my car and record info from there. It doesn't show % SoC and time to 80% at the same time.It would be even better if the App also gave (and kept) all this info for every minute on charge.
