Went here to exchange an outerwear jacket. Found the right size and received very cooperative service once I got to a cashier. The original jacket was a Christmas gift and still had all the tags and was in new condition. Thank you Eddie Bauer.

I bought two parkas plus a pair of men gloves from this brand. It was a pretty new brand to me. In the first blizzard of the year I used my long parkas went out in minus 15 degree Centigrade and I did not feel cold at all.This brand is fantastic for clothes in cold regions.

I walked into that store and its not very welcoming especially this woman in there. I dont know if she was the sales person or manager but i just had this feeling she was looking me over like im to poor to be in there. Thats the feeling i got. She has black hair and glasses and kind of fat. I wont walk in there again.
