Nobody is at this store. I stopped by at 11:40am on a Thursday. Waited over 30 minutes. Every other store is open.

The store is not open today. There is a sign on the door that says the associate will be back in just a few minutes. I keep going back but the door has never opened. It's been 1.5 hours. This is all during posted open hours. Also last time I was in the associate could not have been grumpier. I love their product but the store gets poor marks

The return policy is a little strict. But they worked with me and I ended up buying two pairs of shoes I love. Ecco shoes are the best I've ever worn. Comfortable and durable. Just make sure your clear on the return policies. If you wear them outside your only chance is an exchange. The manager Carlos approved my exchange and I am a very happy customer. Highly recommend Ecco and this location.
