Wow what happened to such a great company to make it so terrible. You pick up a prescription from them then you cannot call them to ask questions on your script. You need to leave a message and they have to call you back. What horrible service. CVS management just don’t get it and they just blame it on personnel shortage. Poor poor corporate management.

This has been my go-to CVS for years!
Pharm tech consultant was knowledgeable and eager to answer my questions a few days ago relating to foot-arch pain, otc pain medication, and pain management.
Cosmetic consultant always offers to answer any questions.
This store is always clean and well-stocked. Always plenty of parking at this Plaza.

Beware of young long haired blonde woman named Yasmin in the pharmacy. She is extremely unpleasant, disrespectful, and had a grotesque unsolicited attitude when I asked her questions on ID verification for meds. She was assuming I was from MA, and insisting on certain legal policies that honestly didn't make sense to me but whatever. Came out guns blazing, speaking loudly over me, and slamming the prescription tray when I pulled away from the drive-thru. I understand that pharmacies are busy and overwhelming places, but people, and patients at that, should not be subject to that treatment no matter how frustrating the questions might be. I was really struggling today and this interaction put the nail in the coffin. Don't let YASMIN ruin your day because she hates her job and life!!

The pharmacy manager instructed his crew not to fill my insulin prescription because it was 20 mon before their linch break. He also argued with me and insulted me in front if others. I did not catch his name but he was short, balding, with an obvious acne problem. I would go to the other CVS at 242 Cambridge a mile down the road. The service was awful and professionalism was absent.

Amazing staff love the front end people and the pharmacy staff is amazing and shout out to the manager who is always polite best cvs in the area I highly recommend

Waited in line for 15 min then at 1:27 closed the gate when I was the last one In line and said lunch was 130-2 I explained it was one thing to exchange and would take 2 seconds and wasn’t 130 yet and she flipped out on me Katie said that we need to have lunch half the staff is pregnant I said that’s crazy you should have a better system came back at 2 and refused to serve us with my girlfriend fresh out the icu for 5 days I left and they still would t not help here or give names I’m glad I have a incident number from Calling corporate they refused to give us their names and had no name tags on which corporate says is illegal run away !! And the mangerMark refused to give me his name and said he would drag me out hilarious !! Called 5 times to get the names and they hung up every time whole pharmacy needs a clean out

Very bad. Don't go there. There is an old manager, who is very rude and unprofessional. The self scanner doesn't work. It didn't give me receipt or cash back.

Worst PharmacyLooks like they are at war with customers. Even the staff at McDonald knows customer services.Pathetic, this review must be like shouting at walls. The guys name shine or whatever the biggest lier I have ever encountered in my life.It won’t make any difference if you complain the manager or at corporate office.

Drug store in Burlington. One of the more pleasant CVS locations in my opinion. They have a pharmacy, vaccinations, over the counter medications, nail polish. The pharmacists work so hard and are so incredibly patient.

Don't take your children for vaccines here. Poor technique with administration. If a child moved during administration they would be injured, as both of the tech's hands were gripping the syringe like a dart.

I just read the reviews after I wrote this review. CVS must be reading.
Very nice and friendly staff. Teresa was especially helpful! She greeted customers and asked if they needed help looking for items.
Very clean and organized store. Shelves well stocked with large variety of brand choices.
This CVS on Cambridge St is one of the top stores within the CVS company I’ve visited in the past three years.
