Visited today and this location was dealing with a severe mice infestation and remained open. The clerks were scared to go behind the register due to the screaming glue trapped mouse behind the counter. The entire candy display near check out was bare due to this issue and I saw multiple mice in the store running around. Be careful.
Update went back June 8th 2024 and this is still the current state of this mouse infested store. Little has been done in months.

I’ve never been more dissatisfied with a company in my life. I switched to a local pharmacy years ago after being so fed up with the ridiculous nature of its customer service and was so happy. Never had a single issue once with the local pharmacy for YEARS. To my utter dismay, my insurance company recently forced me to go back to the CVS hell hole but after a few years I thought maybe they got it together and it’ll be ok. BUT OF COURSE THEY DON’T. It’s worse than ever. My doctor isn’t in on the weekends, WHEN (not if never if but always when) they screw up on say a Friday, I’m out of luck for 3 days until Monday morning. I dare anyone to try and get an actual human being on the phone. It’s like they are actively trying to make it difficult and laughing behind closed doors somewhere. If they screw up something, which happens every month, it’s never listed in any of the options on the phone. There’s a reason no CVS Pharmacy is rated higher than 3 stars anywhere. It’s because each one is worse than the next.

Hello,I wanted to say the employees are extremely helpful and very polite. I needed assistance this morning with self checkout and the woman employee was patient and nice helping me. Carlos is a very good manager and has a great team. I wish CVS extended coupons past the expirations date, that has nothing to do with the stores itself.This cvs location on Cambridge street is excellent

Scott who works in the pharmacy is the best. He is friendly efficient and fast. Some of the other staff should take lessons from him.

I have been going to cvs in Burlington tonight I was made fun of by one of the tech because I had git to cvs to get my suboxine. My medication was supposed to be ready by 9 am I walked there at 8 pm it was not ready any body that knwk knowledge know I need the medication and I haven't had it I was out.He need yo he fired the Asian tech that was there tonight so not go to the pharmacy I was made fun of because I am only a addict to them but I Clean today and proud to say we do recover. I am very disappointed with this service I have got tonight .

CVs here in Burlington is great product are available when needed only Prius that it closes at 10pm if it was till midnight closing prolly would be best since a lot people work graveyard n need to get things last minute if was close that time would be great ! Or 24 hours open at least that would be best for CVs .

Consistently misplace prescriptions so I need to ask doctors to re-send prescriptions. One of the times, this was because they kept swapping brand name for generic despite specific instructions from the dr that we needed the brand name - it took days to figure it what was happening because they would only say they didn't have the (brand name) prescription. Poor customer service - not knowledgeable, very unhelpful and poorly run. Have switched to another pharmacy and have been much happier with the quality of their service.

Waited in line at the pharmacy for 25 minutes to pick up my sons refill that was called in 7 days ago. When I got to the front of the line I was told the Med was not ready to come back in 30 minutes. I’m not sure why in todays day and age it takes a week to refill a commonly prescribed medication. I also while I was there inquired on a Med I was prescribed 5 days ago which “ hasn’t come in yet, but check wegmans pharmacy”… I’m so confused lol
