“I have been with Hanscom Federal Credit Union over 5 years now. I have never had a problem. I actually had a car loan with them first. Then I got card with them. Why get a card with a big bank where you have to pay interest over 20% when you can get one here without the high interest. I have always paid on time. I have visited their Burlington branch multiple times when I lived in the area. The website and their technology could be a little bit better.”

“I purchased a home in October 2023 when mortgage rates were sky-high. From all the mortgage rate quotes I received, Metro Credit Union had one of the best mortgage interests, by a decent margin too. David Varno was our assigned mortgage specialist and he was superb in guiding me through the process. He was communicative, easy to reach and pro-active in getting all the paperwork and ducks in order for the underwriter to sign. Overall, while I feel like the process took a bit longer than I was expecting (due to my complicated financial background), I still recommend this credit union for the competitive rates.”
