They had great inventory but I was there for 10 plus minutes and the sole employee at the time was talking on his personal phone when I clearly had questions and was trying to get his attention. They need to act less cool and do their job more

I have had great experiences with courtside; found shoes I was looking for and they let you try on. One time they didn’t have the size I needed but were able to find them for me at their other location and have them brought over.

They sell fakes beware! Walked in to see the yeezy collection just to find out the slides and the foam runners were bad knock offs also the Jordan ones looked fake too had to walk out the store

Definitely need to invest in a store phone . Drove all the way from Revere to Burlington just to be dissatisfied. If they had a store phone , it would have saved me a long drive by answering a quick question over the phone . It caused me to miss out selling my shoes to another business . Besides that , I like the store and the inventory they have . Also , prices aren’t jacked up like a lot of the other similar types of business and they made it easy for me and my girlfriend the first time we went and sold shoes. GET A STORE PHONE PLEASE .

I've bought clothes and shoes from the Burlington location and it lived up to the same expectations I had in Natick. Great customer service and so many styles to choose from. There is no where else I would rather shop for sneakers and streetwear.
