Shopping at Chico's was a wonderful experience totally because of Eliana. I have many activities coming up and she helped me coordinate my 5 different outfits. Without her I would have been so unorganized and lost. She made my day and I left very happy.

Owners of Korean mall shops cited for labor violations. The owners of three specialty Korean food stores in the Northshore Mall in Peabody and Burlington Mall were assessed more than $51,000 in penalties for violating child labor and wage and hour violations, Attorney General Maura Healey’s office announced Thursday.The business, Peabody Losoon Park, Inc., doing business as Losoon Park, and its owners Losoon Park and Mili “Terry” Kim were issued nine citations for various labor violations including failure to pay wages, pay minimum wage and overtime, furnish and keep true and accurate payroll records, issue a suitable paystub, provide earned sick time, obtain a valid work permit for teenage employees, and for the employment of a minor past 8 p.m. without supervision.

I have experienced salespeople with no patience, hurried, and rudeness in the store, as well as on the telephone. This includes Nancy Grace. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on and have given up on Chico's.

I was in the Burlington, Ma store on Saturday. And, would like you to know how wonderful the service was that I received. The clerk that waited on me was Bev and she went above and beyond to help me find something to wear to my grandson’s wedding. The other two ladies were very nice as well. I had a great shopping experience today with Sales Associate Nancy Grace at the Burlington Store. I walked into the store this morning feeling overwhelmed about what I needed for a trip next week to Ireland. She was incredibly helpful and took in to account my tastes. She made great recommendations and put together outfits I absolutely loved! She was friendly, easy to talk to and put no pressure on to purchase items. She also made great packing and travel recommendations. It was a pleasant and positive experience thanks to Nancy Grace. I will definitely come back to see her.

I was so fortunate to walk in as they were having a 50 percent off everything store wide sale! I needed an outfit to wear this Saturday and the sales lady helped me find just the right outfit. I love it!!! More than thrilled with my first Chico's shopping experience!❤?

Worst Chico's anywhere! I was shopping and had already selected 3 items to purchase but was still browsing in the racks when a saleswomen (middle aged, glasses, red brown wavy hair) approached the rack I was looking through and pushed all the clothes toward me so I couldn't quite look at the next item. I didn't think anything of it except that she was maybe flaky and not aware. But then she stopped stared at me (we were 2-3feet apart) and walked away, immediately asking someone who just walked in if she could help them. It felt pointed and it does make me wonder if it's because I am not what she may think is her preferred customer? In any case, I am a frequent buyer but put the items I was going to purchase down and left the store. Will not give her my money if she doesn't see me worthy of her help. Nov 4 145pm Burlington Mall.
