I went to the Burlington branch and met with assistant Vice President branch manager Cyndi Bentz. She was very knowledge and quite helpful. If your'e seeking a banker who is in YOUR best interest and cares, I would highly recommend you meet with Cyndi.

Two of our professional drivers visited this branch and were treated rudely by one of the individuals at this location. It was a check written on a corporate account held by Eastern Bank. They had on uniforms and 2 forms of picture ID. After defacing their checks, they told them they could not cash the check and told them to take it back to the company. It was a very dissatisfying experience for everyone. This is not customer service.

I've been with Century Bank for several years now. After researching several banks, I decided Century Bank was the only bank for me. When I decided to change banks, I owned a small business and was using a different bank where I was constantly sitting with the branch manager because of problems with my accounts. Since coming to Century Bank, I've been completely free of these problems. It's no stress banking where the client's accounts are looked after by the bank and you're notified immediately if a problem has occurred and been resolved by Century Bank. A very personal bank where every bank client is treated like family.

I have been a customer with Century bank for some years now. I am just a small business account. I go in the bank every now and then and just do traditional deposits and regular day to day business. I wanted to set up a credit line with my branch manager Crissy. I figured i would have to submit alot of paperwork, go through a long process of exchanging paperwork. I spoke with Crissy got her the small amount of paperwork. She submitted it and it was approved within days. I just wanted to have security within my business for early buys, product purchasing and any other things i needed to do to make my business as stable as it could be. Dealing with Crissy was so easy, stress free and as simple as the day to day business transactions that i do with Century. I also had a conversation with Barry the banks president/owner. That again was as if i was talking to a friend. I cannot stress enough that Century bank is above and beyond just banking. Century bank is the real small business/ family banking bank. I will now be moving all my eggs in one basket. Century bank will now be my personal bank for my wife and I,all my childrens bank accounts and I will now be going through the simple process of refinancing my mortgage. Crissy is one of the best to make tough banking decisions very easy. Thank you Century bank
