Honestly this place was great. The workers were so friendly. I'm not sure what the complaints are about. The meet and greet is combined with other families but for $30 I wouldn't expect a full 30 minutes 1 on 1. We weren't rushed and how long can you actually expect your child to be with the characters alone. I would say it's comparable to a Disney meet and greet. It was worth it to my daughter to meet Bluey and Bingo. After we came out of the meet and greet they had tattoos and coloring for the kids which was great. I did a little early Christmas shopping too.

Paid $30 each for the Bluey meet and greet. All the families are gathered into a room, Bluey and Bingo came out, everyone clapped and cheered for a couple minutes, and then each family gets a high five and photo with Bluey and Bingo. They give you about 20-30 seconds, so if kids aren’t smiling too bad, as long as they’re in frame and sort of looking. I knew it wasn’t the same as the camp X Bluey experience (which btw looks unbelievable) but I guess I thought our 30 minute time slot would be more of a show or interactive experience (dance party? Keepy uppy game?). We basically paid $60 for a high five and one photo that isn’t even good (and didn't even come in a folder or envelope to protect it - just had to toss it in the diaper bag).Beautiful store though, and great staff. 2 stars for that.

A lot of stuff to do, but truthfully save your money. Understaffed, even on a random weekday we were there for 2 hours and only did slime and spin art. For 3 kids to do those 2 activities it was $130. They advertise the slime is “best slime in the world” SAVE YOUR MONEY and get dope slime instead. It’s mediocre slime at best. Scent wears off. Texture so far is ok. But the add ins, don’t stay in the slime! See picture. The spin art was cool, but for the price I could have bought the Crayola spin art set and the kids could have made dozens of art projects.I gave 2 stars because the “secret room” was a really cool / unique design, and there appeared to be a lot to do, there just was no staff to help.Overall, did it once. Won’t bother doing it again.

Went for the first time today with two children and it was such a horrible experience. Besides the arts and crafts being very overpriced. The staff were very mean and unwelcoming. A lady toldUs to bring our arts and crafts to the front desk to pay for it and wait there, so we did. While we waited a young African american guy that worked there came up to us and asked us aggressively why we weren't at a table. When we said we were told to come up here to pay and just following what the lady told us, he became verbally aggressive and started to yell at us for being up there. We were so taken back by it because he kept going on despite being told to go up to the register. It was a totally turn off and chaotic environment so we just left. Not to mention, there wasn't any chairs left to sit at the arts and crafts section anymore so we couldn't even sit back down. I have never seen such poor customer service.

From an experience standpoint, overall would say it’s pretty underwhelming and small. There are maybe 4 little nooks for kids to try out the toys. My daughter was done in the store after about 20 minutes. There is one little slide that goes into this glowing sequin room. From a toy store standpoint - toy prices are, as you might expect, marked up, so just fyi. There are a number of craft experiences that were neat, but again fairly expensive considering the cost of materials, which if you’re looking for an experience, then don’t let this stop you. But if you already do a lot of arts and crafts at home, chances are you’re going to be surprised at the cost of these craft experiences. The slime bar in the front of the store is neat - lots of things to put into the slime. Although we asked for pink and got a dark red which stained the skin so dunno if that was a prep issue. The slime developer is very good and there was a lot left over to make more slime . It’s entirely possible that the other CAMP stores set my expectations too high. If you’re at the mall check it out, but not worth a special trip to the mall.

Was only able to go once and loved it. Did not know the magic door to the inside was closed Mon, Tues, Wed (it's not very clear on their website, and Google doesn't have the inside store hours posted) so when we showed up on a Tuesday from out of state, you can imagine we were disappointed to see the magic door with a closed sign. Not their fault, but the reason I took a star away was because the girl working was very snarky when I said "oh it's not on your website" (not the main page with the normal mall hours, I had to search for it) and gave me some rude tone of voice with her response so we just walked away. Wasn't a super magical experience but I'll try again during appropriate hours now that I know, hopefully this info helps someone else visiting to plan accordingly.

We went to craft pass with two kids and one toddler. We were seated but the staff did not explain the rules and policy for the arts. They just let us pick but at the end of they craft they mentioned that those that we pick is not part of the craft pass. So we’d have to pay additional on top of our entrance fee for the place. Such a ripped off. They should’ve explain first when we seated on the table what we can get and what we cannot. My kids just took night light, the same size that we got last time. But this time we have to pay extra $100 for everything on too of the $86 we paid for craft pass.

The current theme of the store is a general summer camp experience (not paw patrol) where kids of all ages can demo some toys they have for sale, do crafts (some free , some cost $) or they can play with some installations. Overall it is a fun interactive experience that My daughter who is only under a year old was still able to enjoy, unlike the previous paw patrol tour. I think it's a wonderful concept as it's good way to test out toys and see if your kid really likes it before shelling out money. I would just be careful with the crafts for older kids as it is set up in a way that I can see it quickly adding up.

Brought my 14 month old and was a little worried there wouldn't be enough for her to do. I was very wrong. She had a fantastic time playing with all the toys and interactive rooms for over an hour and a half. It was a great family experience.

My kids had fun but as an adult “watching” it was chaotic and very unorganized. I can’t understand how they can charge for an adult. Total money trap, had I known the experience it was going to be I would have spent the $180 (2 kids and 4 adults, as my kiddos wanted their grandparents there too) on a better “fun” day for my twins that involved everyone

Very expensive for such experience. I paid $37 for my son and same $37 for myself just to watch my kid. The tour was rushed and lasted about 30-35 min. At the end of the tour my son wanted to play a bit more with race cars and they told us that we can’t play in any area and showed us where the exit is??♀️ I paid about $80 with taxes for 30 min of such experience. One thing I don’t get is why they charge adults? Very dissatisfied.

Went to the Paw Patrol Experience and was impressed. The staff were friendly and the experience was fun. The only reason for 4 stars is that each adult needs to pay full price for the experience as well and the adults do not do much.
