If I could give Boston Interiors as a brand a negative star I would. Bought a couch 4 years ago.Have had broken zippers, and staples pulling out of our couch. It all started less than 1 month of ownership.We bought a 5 year protection and coverage plan that was supposed to protect the couch from stains, wear and tear. We were told that if zippers or tears were to happen we’d be covered.I’ve made over 100 calls to get new cushions or zippers repaired to Boston interior and the warranty department. They create a claim and then it goes cold.Poor customer service, terrible quality and at year 4 my couch looks like it’s 12 years old. Both couches in my house are 7 and 10 years old all receive the same wear and tear and look almost new.I could never recommend this place to anyone for the price point. The lack of integrity and quality of their products.Shame on Boston interiors. I’ve finally reported them to the better business bureau and I’ve contacted my state representative

The old bait and switch. I would strongly recommend against purchasing any furniture (or at least a sectional) from Boston Interiors. We went to the Hanover store to look at sectionals for a small boston apartment. We were sold on the fact that we could add additional pieces to the sectional fairly inexpensively as we moved into a larger apartment because the color we picked would be in production for a long time. We settled on a two piece sectional that the salesperson guaranteed would fit in our small staircase. Well it didn't. In fact, while the store-provided movers were stuck in our stairwell, they left the second piece of the couch on the road, which was thrown away by the Boston garbage men. We worked with the store on a three piece sectional which would work for our apartment. After a year, we reached out to the store to add a corner piece to the apartment. On December 1, 2022 they quoted us a price of $199.95 to add a piece to our sectional. We reached out again mid-summer 2023 and were quoted over $2,000 for the same piece. A measly 1,000% increase. Boston Interiors let us know that the color of our sectional was no longer in production and there was nothing they could do. So consider buying somewhere else if you care about service. Couch is pretty comfortable though.

We made a substantial purchase from Boston Interiors: a sofa for our sunroom and cherry dresser and 2 chests for our bedroom. the latter were hand crafted cherry pieces and match our previously purchased bed and night stand. All three bedroom pieces needed touch ups and adjustments. one chest had " pits" on the top.notable because they were deep enough to snag dusting cloths and catch dust. the other pieces had smooth tops. the service person said he would let Boston Interiors know that we wanted an exchange on the pitted chest and I would be contacted. After 3 weeks I contacted the store only to be told that this was the "natural" nature of cherry wood. Having 4 other cherry furniture pieces and previously having cherry kitchen cabinets, none of which had these "natural" flaws I again requested a replacement chest. this request was denied. I will never again do business withBoston Interiors. As we furnish our home I have made purchases from Crate & .Barrel. The entire experience has been excellent. Stay away from Boston Interiors!

Update: Less than a year after I bought a recliner I have a cushion that does not fit and is now ill formed, and now I feel the frame on the arms. If I'm resting my arm on it, it will fall off the wood frame underneath. Frankly it hurts to rest my arm. I hate the chair. Quality is what I expect from cheap stores. Didn't put BI in that class, until now.I will never buy anything here again. Buying experience wasn't awful, but it came close. Given their prices I expected better service and quality. Nobody told there was a built in charger. It's inside the arm. The seat is narrow so I keep knocking into it. Also for my room, it's on wrong side, so cord goes across the chair. Had I been asked, I would have had charger installed on other side. I was told they have no say on where the charger is installed. Huh? I could have gotten a similar chair for less $ elsewhere. I chose BI because I thought quality & service would be better. I was wrong.

Absolute worst experience of my life. purchased a five piece bedroom set and it kept being delivered damaged. They came out several times to redeliver and/or fix the pieces by touching them up. After very poor customer service and back and forth waiting, I had to fight for anyone to hear me or acknowledge the issues. Very long story short they claimed they just cant deliver furniture in the condition I am expecting. I do not think its too much to ask that a new set be delivered in new condition. They have slowly given percentage discounts back- however the set is still not right a year later and their solution is just to leave me back at square one. Totally unacceptable. They kept informing me that no one had ever complained about this set before. I find that hard to believe. Note- they do not allow reviews on their pieces online. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

I will not be returning. Experience wasn't awful, but it came close. Given their prices I expected better service and quality. I bought a recliner. Nobody told that there would be a built in charger. It came inside arm. The seat is narrow so I keep knocking into it. Also for my room, it's on the outside so cord goes across the chair. Had I been asked, I would have had charger installed on other side. But nobody asked. I'm sure I could have gotten a similar chair for less $. Service all around today isn't what it used to be, but nearly $2K for a chair seems too high for what I got.

The staff at Boston Interiors was really helpful. We were looking for a smaller sofa, but not a loveseat, and they had just what we wanted. The woman who helped us also made some very good recommendations for the other pieces we needed and was very respectful of our budget. Their delivery process was very easy and the delivery team was really nice. We had a very positive experience.

Ordered a platform bed and 5 drawer chest. The chest came with a chip in the front. They offered to send a technician to repair it as the first option. Given the price, I preferred to have a new one. The new one has an indentation on the top surface. Most likely it was one that was returned by another customer and fixed by the technician. We are were considering buying other furniture at the store, but any more. Good riddance!

Bought a bed, dresser, and dining table here. Still waiting for the delivery but that's expected at such times. Boston Interiors has nice selections of furnitures to choose from. Tip: even if you're not buying anything, it's still fun to walk around and check out the stuff here!

I gotta say, I've never had customer service like I've had at Boston Interiors and that means a lot. Bought a clearance sofa at their warehouse sale and was pleased that the delivery was $125. Professionals showed up, masked, to get that sleeper up the stairs to my 2nd floor unit in a triple decker. Noting they put some dings in the hallway walls, their delivery guy (Darius) returned to patch and repaint all of the damage on 2 different weekends, and reimbursed my neighbor whose welcome mat took some accidental damage as well. When I opened the sofa, the mattress inside was the wrong size, but when I called Boston Interiors arranged a new mattress to be dispatched to me no charge. I'm not saying that this sales situation was perfect, but the really efficient way that they handled problems really wowed me. Damn, they got me for life now.

I placed an online order for a media stand and it was shipped from this store. They provided prompt order follow up and delivery. The delivery guys were super friendly and set up my tv on the stand. Love my purchase and great service!
