Terrible customer service. Don’t smile in someone’s face the WHOLE time when there’s an issue… it’s WEIRD and CREEPY. Also they can not handle stress very well and their ATM MACHINES SWALLOW YOUR CARD. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND USELESS BANK‼️

For 10 minutes now one welcomed us, no one bothered even there was that lady who saw us, but looks she preferred to let us stand for 10 minutes, then she asked us, please wait in the lobby area and someone will be with you, emm couldn’t she say so 10 minutes earlier!!!Then we were told that waiting time is 30 minutes, 40 minutes passed so far and yet we still waiting!!I don’t like those who ask you to stick with rules abd they are the last one to apply it to themselves or be committed to it.

I tried to cash a check at this location. Ayo one of the managers there. Tried coning me into opening up an account stating they can't cash the check unless I deposited it with a new account. Not to mention she gave me a pretty bad attitude. Terrible customer service.

This branch has the best service I have experienced since I opened my first BOA account 8 years ago. The relationship banker Shariffa Shamsudeen is very professional and really kind to me. Other staffs here are also very nice!

I lost my trust in to BoA. I been customer for 22 years, since they were Bank of Boston. BoA have not properly responded to my complaint about unauthorized transaction. I have not get my money back, or find out why did happen and if there any disciplinary actions were applied to employe responsible for that. The manager at this location is just smiling saying "everything is ok" and "you should be allset", not a performing a single action.

I came in at 3:35pm when the bank closes at 4pm needing a huge amount cashiers check prior to closing on a home. The tellers stayed past their closing hours to help me and get it approved
