“Brakes were making a really loud grinding noise when I was driving. I work full time and have a 1.5 year old daughter I drive to daycare every day. Needless to say, I was worried about having to get my car into the shop and wait several hours, days, weeks to get this service done. Corey solved my problem within two hours and he came to my house! I could entertain my kid in the comfort of our house while I knew my car was in good hands. He was kind, professional, and I appreciate the honesty and efficiency. “I took my car for oil change and back tire replacement. It was to my surprise $1500.00 dollars later they told me the cost would be.?
I was actually very grateful as they did a thorough inspection as they usually do with every oil and filter change. I was told my tyrods also needed replacement as my battery was not working properly. It both could have created safety issues which I am so grateful for repairing. I cannot place a dollar amount on safety. I actually think it was a reasonable price.
I am also happy they did a thorough inspection of the car as it is a 2006 late model. They said everything is working properly which gives me a reassuring feeling.

I had no way to know that there was a mistake, but Hometown Garage rectified it immediately by charging me the correct lower amount instead of the original higher amount. Kudos to Hometown Garage for their excellent service and their honesty.”
“Recently purchased a 2018 Subaru Outback from Burlington motors in Lawrence. I knew them when they were in Burlington but had not used them before. Location was easy to get to, the car was fairly valued and had recently arrived. Test drive had a an issue which was fixed. Had the car for a week and returned for a sticker...I did notice a small noise in left front tire, before I mentioned it they told me after inspection that it needed a bushing and bring it in while on warranty which I appreciated. Very satisfied with Bruce, Tim and Zach!”

“On Thursday (7/18), I had a scheduled appointment with Kelly at the Burlington facility so that she could address my MIL (check engine light) issue in my Audi A8. She assured me that it probably wasn't something too serious and sent me to their nice waiting lounge while she sent my car back to a mechanic for diagnosis. After a relatively short period, I received an informative video from a technical specialist who described my failed O2 sensor, his diagnostic method and procedure, and the requirements for repair. Kelly also gave me details of the technical findings, parts needed and the repair price. She seems extensively well-informed on Audi products, functions and technical services which makes it easy for customers to understand their problems. Subsequently, the O2 sensor was replaced and all is back to normal, thankfully to Kelly and her technical staff whose capabilities have historically been beyond reproach.”

“We are a Roofing Company with multiple vehicles. We have had terrible experiences with other repair shops. Burlington Citgo is our go too! place for all repairs. Very honest and excellent services . I would highly recommend them for all types of repairs.”
“I just come here for the cheap gas. Speedway a block down the road usually matches it, sometimes is about a nickel more, but I prefer this place because they always have paper towels and window wash water so that I can clean my windows after filling up. And the nice thing is, you don't have to listen to the annoying blaring commercials that Speedway plays at each gas pump's built in TVs while you're filling up! Gas prices are probably about the same as the Prime Energy locations, maybe a tiny bit less, but I prefer self-service over full service. Which means 20-30 cents less per gallon than at most of the big name gas stations on major roads closer to town. So, well worth it to stop by after my weekly grocery trips to Market Basket 5 minutes away.”
“My daughter and i were on our way to New Hampshire. A 4 hour drive. In an hour our car starting stuttering on the highway. We got off the highway to find this citgo station. It was 3 on a Friday on a long holiday weekend. They found we needed two selonoids. They did the work right away and we were on the road by 445. We are so grateful for their help and were able to get back on the road! Thank you so much!”
