Wow, we had been having a swimsuit crisis (this happens every year with my daughter, who is now 11 years old but has gone through puberty a bit earlier and is **VERY** sensitive about her body) where nothing works, and a woman on staff (maybe manager?) swept in and SAVED the day! She knew JUST what to say to sell my daughter on finally trying (another) swimsuit (we had to order it from home, full coverage high waisted swim bottoms, but it's on the way!). I am seriously so thankful to this staffer! She was like our swimsuit fairy godmother.

I did a lot of shopping at Athleta recently due to a sudden need for cold weather active gear. Wow I wish I had visited sooner! They have such high quality items and I really can’t say enough good things about the customer service. Employees like Jessamyn really make the shopping experience so great. She was so helpful and really went out of her way to make my exchange quick and easy. Altitude tight is phenomenal for warm weather and I was so happy they were able to order it online for me.
