I am going to add to the negative reviews that I have seen. If you have a loved one looking for this type of service, seek elsewhere You just get the run around, and your voicemail is not returned. This company is as bad as it gets.

Horrible horrible !! My mother has gotten very little by way of services. Gets calls someone is coming then no one shows up - consistent issue. Then someone may show up weeks later and we have no idea who they are as there is no communication anyone is coming. They’ve left her with no sheets on the bed multiple times. Useless agency that cannot be relied on.

I am downgrading my review once again! If you are caring for a senior be careful. I have had so many issues with connected care and it has been a roller coaster emotionally for my dad who is suffering from dementia and for me. After 4 months we had 4 start and stop of caregivers assigned to my dad. Since they do not treat their employees well all the caregivers quit or their attendance is unreliable. If god is my witness I am writing the facts that there has been so much false information finger pointing when they do call you about anything if and when they finally call you!! confusion, lies and finger pointing to each other and not accepting responsibility. I wrote them a horrible review last month after much drama about them not paying my dad's caregiver. After the review they called me so upset about the facts in the review. They assured me they will fix the issues and begged me to take down the review so I did. Now I am writing again even more upset and disappointed not even two weeks after I took down the review we are once more without a caregiver for my dad and zero communication from them on what is happening. Over the past months each time a care giver is assigned I spent a long time meeting with the head nurse the care giver and explaining to my dad what is happening. This is what you have to do if you love your senior to make sure they are being taken care of nicely. So hard with the dementia when your care giver changes constantly and the communication with the agency is so poor. I am exhausted and so sad to be without help again. What kind of monsters would behave so badly towards senior citizens and their family. If you are caring for a senior god bless you and good luck finding reliable honest help.

This is the worst company to work for.All they care about is money. They fire good people constantly. When I left the company due to abusive management they hacked into my personal phone texts and fired my friend who had a perfect work record. No warnings or issues. As the other reviews state they promote from inside uneducated and incompetent bullies.Think twice before using this company. How can so many reviews be wrong.Read all the reviews they all say the same thing. If you care at all about people this is not the company for you. They can not even staff their clients properly due to testing the caregivers and nurses so poorly.

Connected Home Care really cares about your loved one. We were able to keep our 92 year old mother at home for over 2 years given the exceptional care and service they provide.

My mother in law used them for more than two years. Within those 2 years it has been a nightmare she is 81 years old. She cant walk or do much so of course the services were needed. If I was the next of kin or her decision maker i would of dropped them like a fly. Horrible service, horrible communication, the constant no show no call, the manager, the scheduler they have no consideration care on the world when these elderly people rely on them. When we call to tell them the girl didnt show their response is oh really let me reach out to her. Seriously you have no clue if the employee is at the client site..really...why do you want them to call on to the office from the client site then of your the office is not following through. My mother in law had her hands tie due to she needed the service. Up till now these people have not showed up on Monday November 20th was reschedule for Wednesday 22nd..and that was a huge mistake. Knowing they didnt showed up you think you would make a miss stop your number 1 priority. Nope..she was scheduled to have someone there at 11am, from 11am my husband had to call caused they didnt showed up. Then they said no she'll be there at 126pm did that happened..nope again my husband called lost his mind and they said she will be there at 326 which turned out to be 4pm..really. I cant atand this company they should not be in business at all. Their license should be revoke and they should all go back to training and learn how to handle elderly people the right way. We went through over 20 ladies because of the no show no call. I honestly never dealt with any company who think it's ok to let them do this. Shame on them. Thank God we move my mother in law this week to be with us starting a new service hoping its better than this one.

My experience with Connected homecare from the beginning was a horrible one. From I walked into the BURLINGTON office I felt as though I was a nuisance. The Staff (Amanda & Monique -who is the Scheduling Manager) is RUDE and outright unprofessional. I'm always a bit hesitant to call into the office if I have trouble because of the scheduler and scheduling manager's poor attitudes. My understanding was that they were both field staff before to hey we're promoted. This was a poor business decision. Bad for business because the goal of any agency is excellent Customer Service. But these women lack this skill. I have also gotten complaints from the clients that I care for and family. Someone needs to address this or they will not retain any staff or clients. But unfortunately it gets brushed under a rug when complaints are made, because to them they are just bodies that gets the job done poorly. It's such a shame. I am currently looking to leave as well as many others because of this. Managers/Directors/CEO please pay attention to the staff.

Please seek elsewhere, Currently looking for another agency. I called the office to cancel a caregiver due to a MD appointment we had scheduled and I was appalled at how brash and bumptious the young lady who answered the phone was. I believe her name was Monica or Monique. We pay privately because I want my uncle to have the best care. But I refuse to stay with a company who have staff that make you feel as though you are a nudnik.
